Location and staff. Shower.
Bathroom small. Coffee, sugar etc not refilled.
Modern rooms , clean , comfortable and super friendly efficient staff. Secure parking on site. Lots of convincing shops, restaurants, pubs nearby.
Noisy rubbish collection very early mornings but hey it's inner city.

Needs a bit of extra attention in cleaning especially behind fridge very dusty could be a potential fire hazard , shower also a little more attention
Great location for the purpose of our trip to Sydney. Easy access to public transport and a range of shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking available onsite.

Would like some ice! And better brighter bed lights for reading. Although the ones there are cute ( bought one)

Keys locked out earlier than check out which meant you had to go down to reception to get them to work.
Amenities, closeness to shops and restaurants, bus access
No closets or drawer space to store clothes, had to live out of suitcase. Housekeeping do bare minimum job for upkeep. Used glassware, cups are simply rinsed.
Stunning hotel - funky and fun . Very comfortable - large room and great balcony . Excellent location. Superb facilities
