We enjoyed our stay there, and the value was superb!
Pros:

Very comfortable room included refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and streaming TV. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Cons:

The parking is troublesome. We came in late from a concert and had to park in the back of the building. The access to get inside could be signed better.
