Right choice near station and shopping, nice neighbourhood. Efficient and friendly
Pros:

Room and bathroom were comfortable and great after a long flight. The location was near station, near good restaurants and shops. There was tea and coffee in the room, too!

Cons:

Backyard view - but that was to be expected in the room category I chose.

I would recommend for value and location.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to central train station, a quick walk to public transportation and a few great restaurants; but far enough away from the city center to be nice and quiet at night.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was very strange. Either do a better job or don't do it at all. Food was sparse and not very well staffed even to provide the al a carte menu offerings.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Perfecta ubicación, personal amable y disponible, frigorífico en habitación con agua de cortesía cada día, excelente zona de espera en los ambientes comunes

Cons:

Me pusieron en una parte del hotel que está al lado del mismo, en otro edificio. Había escaleras, que con la maleta no es comodo. Además la habitación era fría y el aire caliente no funcionaba. Se escuchaban ruidos de las otras habitaciones y del pasillo.

Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλό σημείο. Κοντά στον σταθμό των τρένων και του μετρό. 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία Duomo.

Pros:

Staff helpful and sorted out room issues and moved us for night 2. Lots of eating places nearby. Near to main station, but warned not to go into that area late at night.

Cons:

We were in an upgraded room, but it had no China cups or spoons, just paper cups for any hot drink made. Fir price paid for room, would expect that and soap in bathroom.
Was remedied when asked staff.
