Tolles Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Sehr schöne große Zimmer und perfekte Lage in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zu diversen Metro-Linien.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten. Das Badezimmer war sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert, mit Badewanne im Schlafzimmer :-)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I would stay here again. It was very close to Milan Central and in a good location for coffees or shopping. Staff was al

Spacious room with functional AC. The staff was extremely pleasant as well and helped me when I was struggling.

Cons:

Only reason I gave it 9 stars was because there was construction occurring when I was trying to rest (I was resting in the middle of the day in between check in and out so I will give them that)

Nice rooms close to Centrale
Pros:

The locations of the hotel, and the additional building are good - close to the central station and metrostations. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were really comfortable. There were different options for eating and caffe around the hotel.

Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel we understood that will be moved to other building. I see this is a common practice in Italy, but when I choose a hotel I choose the boulding and rooms on the site, not the "other building" across the street.

Soggiorno confortevole, comodo e pratico

Posizione ottima rispetto alla stazione, quartiere molto tranquillo. Camera pulita ed accogliente (grazie per l'update gratuito), letto comodo. Bagno pulito ed accogliente

Pros:

Got a free upgrade to deluxe room. Lovely room, looked newly done.
Good position close to train station and lots if restaurants and bars about a 30 minutes walk to the duomo

Cons:

We couldn't get any hot water. Didn't matter too much because a cool shower was nice in the heat, but this needs sorting.

Did the job
Pros:

Our hotel room wasn’t in the main hotel so we were directed to an apartment building round the corner. This was fine and luckily we were only on the first floor so could walk up the stairs, although there was a small lift too.
Room was clean and spacious. Decor was abit dated but was fine.

Cons:

Thin curtains on the window in the bathroom which didn’t close all the way over. The window leads onto a Main Street. We had to pull the curtain over the window and keep hold of it any time we used the bathroom so that we couldn’t be seen.
