Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu offered many choices and was well presented.

Cons:

Room could have been better cleaned each day. Had to ask for Kleenex tissues as it was not automatically replaced.

Pros:

Excelente! Suite CINEMA, muito confortável com tudo o que era necessário, com uma decoração incrível com fotos de época de actores especialmente do cinema francês. Hotel bem decorado, boa localização, limpeza, bom pequeno-almoço e facilidade de estacionamento em parque do Hotel. Volitaríamos!

Cons:

Nada em especial a assinalar sobre o Hotel. A cidade está muito mal cuidada.

Pros:

Het hotel is perfect gelegen, vlak tegen de binnenstad. Er is een betalende parking voor de deur, maar het hotel heeft ook een eigen garage voor 15 euro per nacht.
De kamer was erg comfortabel, met een mooi zicht op de tuin en de benedenstad. Fijne, ruime en moderne badkamer. We hebben goed geslapen in de comfortabele bedden.
Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid, vers en met heel veel keuze zowel in hartige als zoete dingen. Mooie ontbijtzaal en alles mooi gepresenteerd.
Zeker een aanrader als je Angoulème wil bezoeken of als tussenstop neemt.

Cons:

Telkens we de kamer binnen gingen, roken we een muffe, storende lucht. Mogelijk van de airco? Na een tijdje merk je het niet meer, maar niet aangenaam om binnen te komen. We hebben daarom ook met het raam open geslapen, helaas werkt de airco dan ook niet meer.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant was poor. We had to wait 30 minutes before an aperitif order was taken. Also we indicated to reception that on cleaning the room all our drinking glasses were removed. We were told this would be attended to but wasn’t

Everything to start parking welcome very close to everything we required to go and see the hotel was more than we expected for the money we paid Al the facilities they had the outside

Nice for a short stay in Angoulême

Disappointed that our room was switched with an older woman whilst we were checking in - our original room having been the better one.
