Homeless had to park on back wall was not comfortable with truck there had you park in front and walk all the way around facility is very nice but homeless encampment adjacent to property is a little unsettling

The property is nowhere near a 3-star standard
-I'd rate it closer to 1 star. It desperately needs renovation and feels scary and creepy, almost like staying in a haunted house.
The property was not clean and had a very bad smell. I was uncomfortable touching things and even avoided using the bathroom. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear other guests clearly, including snoring, making it nearly impossible to sleep. For what you get, it is severely overpriced. There are many much better options in the area.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this property.

The hallway carpets were dirty and worn but the rooms were very clean
