Gut. Sehr nett war Anthony an der Rezeption
Pros:

Hotel war eigentlich gut, allerdings ist das Sofabett sehr durchgelegen und eignet sich nur für leichte Personen

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ging in der ersten Nacht schon nicht richtig, ab der 2. Nacht fing sie an zu heizen bei einer Aussentemperatur von 40 Grad🥵 erst dann haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen

Clean, roomy but disappointing the pool was closed
Pros:

Suite was great. Roomy and clean. Just what we needed for a night.

Cons:

The pool was closed! One of the reasons I booked this property was so our 7yo could work out some energy in the pool and we could use the hot tub, but it was closed both days.

Enjoy staying there when everything is working correctly (I would stay there 8-9x/yr).
Pros:

Location, size and configuration of room

Cons:

1. Water was shut off all day, one day (mislead twice about when would go back on). 2. Was there 8 nights, and never got room service (every 7 nights?); same as several other times staying there in last year. 3. Trash bin (near parking lot) frequently overflowed and on ground around it.

Borzasztóan hangos szellőztető rendszer, alig tudtunk tőle aludni. Reggeli idő vége előtt 15 perccel nem hajlandóak újratölteni az ételeket, több ember kérése ellenére, felháborító.

Pros:

Suites and breakfast

Cons:

Facility worn and dirty exterior. Walkways need pressure washing. 1st floor window screens are in disrepair in many windows. Not enough handicapped stalls. Entry doors dirty. We've stayed at a few Sonestas and this fresno location needs some attention. Also loud, disrespectful children running about the Facility. One guest let their dog bark in the hallway while other guests sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay, from the time we checked-in with Anthony, comfort of our room, breakfast staff.
Pros:

Anthony at the Front Desk was WONDERFUL. He and the other Staff members provided the best Customer Service that I have received in a long time. Anthony was friendly and helpful.
