Beautiful Nice
Pros:

Roof top bar/restaurant, with pool. Restaurant no problem getting GF options. Very friendly and helpful staff, a credit to this hotel.

Gute Lage, aber enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut, vor allem durch die sehr gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn. Auch die 60 € für 5 Tage im öffentlichen Parkhaus sind preislich positiv, allerdings sind die Stellplätze und das Parkhaus sehr eng.

Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts einige Probleme. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und hat kaum gekühlt. In der letzten Nacht tropfte dann Wasser herunter und der Boden war komplett nass. Die Rezeption wollte uns Handtücher bringen, die trotz einer Stunde Wartezeit von 00:00 bis 01:00 Uhr nie angekommen sind. Am nächsten Morgen bin ich auf der Pfütze ausgerutscht und habe mich dabei verletzt. Auch die Minibar war trotz hinterlegter Kaution nicht befüllt.

Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend: Bei allen vier Kaffeeautomaten war die Milch leer, der Orangensaft war leer und es gab kaum Obst und keinen Joghurt. An den folgenden Tagen war das Frühstück dann deutlich besser organisiert.

Was mich insgesamt am meisten enttäuscht, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. 250 € pro Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer sind für mich eindeutig ein hoher Preis. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich einen entsprechenden Standard und vor allem einen besseren Umgang mit Problemen. Für die gebotene Leistung und die gemachten Erfahrungen empfinde ich den Preis daher als deutlich zu hoch und nicht angemessen.

Die gute Lage ist ein Pluspunkt, rechtfertigt für mich aber nicht diesen Preis.

Schönes Zimmer mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Zimmer ist sauber und groß. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine haben uns sehr geholfen. Und Es hat uns auch gefallen, dass wir immer Trinkwasser durch den Water-Server kontenlos bekommen konnten.

Cons:

Frühstück hat uns auch sehr geschmeckt, aber es gab nicht viele Auswahl. Es sollte jeden Tag etwas anders bedient werden.
