Ogólnie jestem zadowolona i biorę pod uwagę ponowną wizytę.
Pros:

Hotel usytuowany w pobliżu dworca kolejowego i autobusowego, Starego Miasta i Starego Rynku, Filharmonii, teatrów i galerii handlowych, czyli blisko do wszystkiego.
Pokoje przestronne i czyste.
Śniadania po prostu wspaniałe; ogromny wybór różnych potraw i napojów, owoców i słodkości.
Restauracja z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem i z miłym personalem. Ceny porównywalne z cenami w restauracjach na Starym Mieście.
Minusy: personel w recepcji wpatrzony w komputery, unikajacy kontaktu wzrokowego w trakcie rozmowy, bez uśmiechu...dotyczy to szczegóły jednego pana pracujacego po południu. Grzeczni ale trudno powiedzieć, że mili. Jeśli chodzi o pokój: nie mogłam regulować wysokości prysznica i uruchomić lodówki.

Cons:

Trochę więcej zaangażowania ze strony personalu w recepcji. Kontakt wzrokowy i trochę uśmiechu...
