Fine for a one-night stay, but not the level of service and cleanliness I would expect

Location, good breakfast

Cons:

We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children, but when we arrived, there were towels and bedding prepared only for 2 adults. The reception sorted it out after we asked, so it wasn’t a big problem, but honestly, we shouldn’t have had to ask for the basics in the first place.

The room was very small, although for one night it was fine. What was more disappointing was the mold in the grout between the bathroom tiles.

And the parking costs 70 PLN per night, which is just ridiculous, way too expensive

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja. Łatwy dojazd. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji. Smaczne śniadania. Duży i latwo dostępny parking. Czysty pokój i bardzo wygodne łóżko. Cichy hotel.

Cons:

Jest to stary hotel odniowiony w standardzie Novotelu. Jednak to odniowienie jest tylko częściowe i widać wciąż elementy budynku z lat 70. i 80. XX wieku, np. drzwi do pokojów, korytarze. Niskie pokoje. Malutkie łazienki na dziwnych podwyższeniach, przez co wydają się jeszcze mniejsze. W moim pokoju fotel był całkowicie zalany i zniszczony a jednak nie został wymieniony. Zniszczona wykładzina na korytarzach. Niezbyt udany układ recepcji i lobby.
