Disgusting they said they’re gonna refund their money but they never did

Nothing is a disgusting place

Cons:

They have bedbugs. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. He said that management will do it, but they’re not there. We pressed them more but she said she couldn’t do nothing. We call back the next day. He’s at the doctors appointment. we called one more time nothing once again I repeat they have bedbugs and it smelled really bad.

Pros:

Convenient location. Comfortable and relatively "spacious" rooms. Equipped with flat screen TV, a compact refrigerator and freezer, microwave and Wi-Fi.
The pool was an immediate oasis. Lounge chairs and tables with chairs inside the pool area, but surrounding the pool area had comfortable outdoors, seating areas tables and chairs.
The free breakfast was a buffet/breakfast bar inside of a glass enclosed dining area. The food was a basic array of scrambled eggs, sausages, potato wedges, pancakes, fruit, great coffee.
The front desk had two assistants, two men who were friendly, professional, attentive and very helpful.
Housekeeping staff were friendly and ensure that the room was clean, beds with top sheet and blanket were snuggly tucked under mattress and the linens furniture were clean.
I'd stay at the Wyndham Garden Hotel again.

Cons:

A few members of the reception team were absorbed by things other than me. Unusual social behaviors.
The pool was relatively clean, however the bottom of the pool needed cleaning. The pool hours were 10am-9pm, but at 4pm the gate was locked and occurred on the 2nd day of being guest at Wyndham.
On to the free breakfast...I listed what foods were prepared and on the second day, the exact same foods were prepared. Apparently, management forgot to "read the memo re: menu rotation. Speaking of management, it's time to replace the low quality cabinets, change the room carpets, replace burned out bulbs in the dark and poorly lit bathroom.
The outdoor areas like the hotel entrance and the parking lot were littered with cigarette butts and other debris.
