Staff cordiale e disponibile, servizi top, stanza enorme e confortevole.
I prezzi per viaggi di lavoro potrebbero avere maggiori sconti, il parcheggio per auto potrebbe essere gratis, lo è in alcuni spazi, ed i pasti per quanto abbondanti e di qualità potrebbero essere un po' meno costosi... ripeto che la struttura è effettivamente eccezionale! Però per brevi e brevissimi soggiorni potrebbero esserci soluzioni meno dispendiose...
Lage des Hotels mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar, angenehmer Duft im gesamten Hotel, gemütliche Lobby, gratis Trinkwasser, Essen+Getränkeautomat in der Lobby mit fairen Preisen, moderne Einrichtung, bequemes Bett, angenehme Musik im Garten, frisch aufgebackene Cornetti zum Frühstück, schnelle Platzierung beim Frühstück, Shuttleservice zum Flughafen um 5€ pro Person TOP Service!
25 Minuten Wartezeit bis mit dem Check In begonnen wurde da zu wenig Hotelpersonal um 22:00 vorhanden war und dieses mit Angelegenheiten von 2 Gästen beschäftigt waren, es sammelten sich immer mehr anreisende Gäste die ebenfalls verärgert in der Ankunftshalle standen. Zimmer im 7. Stock modern eingerichtet wie das restliche Hotel allerdings wurde das Badezimmer nicht erneuert, gelbe Fugen verkalkte und korrodierte Amaturen hat nicht zusammengepasst, Liegen im Garten können nur reserviert werden. 10 freie Liegen können so genutzt werden, für den riesigen Garten hätten hier viel mehr frei nehmbare Liegen Platz und Leute könnten für 2-3 Stunden bequem im Garten relaxen und müssen nicht mit dem Handtuch im Gras liegen oder sogar verärgert wieder gehen. Diese Information zur Liegenreservierung wurde auch beim Check In nicht weitergegeben, dies hat sich auch gezeigt dass viele Gäste ohne Reservierung auf die Liegen gelegt und dann vom Personal weggeschickt wurden. Ebenfalls negstiv anzumerken die Preise für die Getränke an der PoolBar. 10€ für einen Aperol Spritz im Plastikbecher ist definitiv zu viel. Frühstücksauswahl war in Ordnung aber eher simple gehalten.

Die Lage ist super, mit der Straßenbahn hat man eine tolle Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum.
Der Parkplatz wird mit 20euro pro Tag berechnet, die Stadttaxe kommt pro Erwachsener mit 10 Euro pro Tag dazu und Abendessen gibt es nur in Buffet-form für 30Euro pro Person, dass muss man beim Buchen einfach mit auf dem Schirm haben. Dabei war das Abendessen die 30Euro nicht wert.

Bazén bol príliž malý a trebalo tam mať kúpacie čiapky,čo bolo pre nás neprijateľnè. Izba bola malá a stiesnená. Pri búrke nám zatekalo cez okno. Odtoky v kúpelni bolo cítiť.
