De locatie is slecht.

Cons:

We hebben €100 betaald aan patat, pasta en calamares.
De kamers waren zeer verouderd, vies.
Speelplek voor kids absurd verouderd en niet veilig.

Lo nuevo que está lo limpio que está la atención, el desayuno muy razonable para lo que es Europa, o sea dentro de la medida y muy bien comunicado con el centro

Great facilities
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. The rooms are more spacious than other hotels we encountered in Europe. It has an amazing outdoor area and garden. You can both relax or sit closer to the music for a nice vibe. Very uplifting.

Cons:

The staff was not warm and welcoming. They can be short and to the point. The restaurant staff was especially unfriendly. They left me standing while I waited for service until I pushed to be attended to.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms;
1 superior King with sofa bed - there was no sofa bed or sofa
1 superior 2xTwin beds - it was 1 double bed. Not appropriate for the guest set up. The bathrooms are unkept, lights in the rooms were not sufficient and some did not work.
It took 25 mins to check-in.

Colazione e pasti abbondanti, buoni e vari. Spazi comuni accoglienti, moderni, puliti.
Letto comodo.

Cons:

Il costo è veramente esoso rispetto alla stanza. La pulizia non è ottimale, tende e moquete macchiate. Il bagno è vecchio, sanitari rovinati e graffiati. In dotazione c'è solo bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone mani; direi poco per il costo.
L'aspiratore del bagno era sporco con polvere.

Polozenie hotelu dosyc dobre.

Cons:

Personel kompletnie nie odpowiedzialny i nie kompetentny. Aby sie zameldowac w recepcji czekalam dwa razy po 30 min gdyz recepcjonistka sobie poprostu poszla nie informujac nas czy wroci i za jaki czas. Nastepnie personel w barze po zapytaniu czy mozemy poprosic dwie szklanki do pokoju odpowiedzial iz on ma malo szklanek w barze i nie wystarcza mu dla ”jego” gosci. Servis na poziome absolutnie zerowym!
