A perfect hotel for an overnight stay prior to early morning flight from Newcastle Airport
Pros:

Clean, modern hotel with restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff and only a short distance from the city centre and airport. Onsite parking a big bonus too. And the best of all, this hotel was far cheaper than anything else close by! A hidden gem.

Disappointing and not value for money.
Pros:

Although we had a lot of problems, staff did a good job of fixing them.

Cons:

Air con didn’t work so it was too hot.
TV didn’t work.
Breakfast was empty at opening time and we had to wait for more food to be cooked for the buffet breakfast.
Dinner order was wrong.

Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable and good food. I loved the facility to make a cup of tea in my room. It was beautifully clean and surrounded by trees and greenery.

Much better than expected
Pros:

Restaurant food much better than expected, friendly staff. Very conveniently located both for us getting there and walking to the RedBulls match.
Rooms clean, warm and quiet.

Cons:

Ceiling in shower a little low.

The main beds were terribly uncomfortable - really firm. Also the sofa bed had big springs sticking out of it.

Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était OK, les lits confortables.

Cons:

Salle de bain moyennement propre, espace lounge vétuste, sale et mal entretenu, 1 ascenseur en panne sans que personne ne s'en émeuve, pas de fruits frais coupés au petit-déjeuner (seulement des conserves), moquette couloirs et chambre horriblement sale, un sentiment global d'un endroit un peu abandonné.
