Comfortable room, great breakfast and fantastic staff
Pros:

Spacious, plenty of parking and great logistically

Cons:

Slight hint of a smoke in the bedroom on arrival and we hadn’t specified a smoking room. This cleared after we opened the windows. Just a note that we did experience scam emails when we booked via booking.com asking us to validate payment card details otherwise the room booking would be cancelled. This was shortly followed by an email from novotel saying ignore any such emails.

A short stay before flying away.
Pros:

This property is a credit to its staff and the service they offer. Reception staff were helpful and the restaurant side was excellent. The food we ate was superb. We enjoyed every part of the two courses we ate, and great value for money. We recently stayed at a similar style hotel, in the south of the UK and this hotel, literally blows them out of the water for service and standards.

Cons:

The two things that was a little on the mind, a hard mattress on the bed, and for some reason the telephone in our room kept intermittently bleeping. We was only there for one night so no need to complain as we still managed a good nights sleep.

Great value and nice rooms
Pros:

Easy to get to, not far from the metro station and lots of amenities near by, the welcome we received was great and the peeps on checking us in could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

There was not really anything we didn’t like, the only thing would be there was only one lift working and the one that was working didn’t sound good, we were worried it might stop

Comfy with friendly staff but a little inconvenient for me.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff - even at my 2am check in. The size of the room and comfort of the bed were excellent.

Cons:

Because it was labelled as an airport hotel, I didn’t realise I wouldn’t be able to work to it from the airport so there was a £20 taxi trip involved that I hadn’t expected. To be fair, my own research would have told me this I’d done more. The water kept running in the toilet after the flush which kept me awake to begin with. I played around with it and it did stop but it was another inconvenience I could have done without after a night flight.

Pros:

Room was clean & tidy with the added bonus of an opening window. Plenty of hot water and a good shower.

Cons:

The room wasn't made up the first day. Asked housekeeping to make sure the room was made up and it was the second day but again not made up on the third day. Very poor.
