Top, aardig personeel en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!
Pros:

Wij hadden problemen met komen met de auto (afgesloten brug), het was laat en de receptionist heeft ons zeer goed geholpen met advies van de route.

Pros:

Heel fijn hotel. Mooie ruime kamers met goede airco en fantastische gordijnen waardoor wij langer dan normaal bleven slapen.

Passable for one night but that is it!
Pros:

The location was ideal for us. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Novotel has always been a reference brand. This has changed drastically. Bar tenders not plaisant at all. Attitude and arrogant.
Room: terrible soft mattress, morning bed done or not depending on the day. Nespresso Coffee not refilled everyday. Dirty cups when we checked in and used cups not replaced several times. Room furnitures not appropriate for the room size as desk not accessible. In one word, Accor group can really deliver much better than this. Not sure what the problem is here.

Was prima
Pros:

Het ontbijt pas prima niet heel bijzonder maar gewoon oke.
De badkamer zag er netjes uit.
De locatie was makkelijk te vinden en lekker rustig.

Cons:

Ik vond het personeel in het restaurant bij dinner en ontbijt. Niet echt vriendelijk en straalden ook niet echt plezier uit bij het werken.

les chambres grandes et spacieuses, la propreté

Cons:

le fait qu’il y avait pas de frigo dans les chambres, et le petit déjeuner on a dû attendre que il remette quelques produits sinon à part ça tout étais au top
