Clean, comfortable
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, close to airport

Cons:

Made a reservation for the airport shuttle for 6:30 am when we arrived downstairs the shuttle had left without us before 6:30. After some confusion, the desk reception got the shuttle to return for us. I didn’t need the chaos first thing in the morning before a flight.

Pros:

My son stayed there before driving to Southwestern Ontario. It was perfect for his rest

Slept there one night, have been itchy for two days now. Gross.
Mystery stains all through the room, no water provided and super expensive.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Lovely, clean rooms, professional, helpful, friendly staff, generous free breakfast, efficient shuttle to airport, comfy beds and bedding. Gluten free options at breakfast.

Cons:

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the cable tv and remote. We couldn't figure out how to select a channel from the scrolling guide, nor could we get back to the guide once a channel number was entered. You should upgrade to Shaw cable and remote.

The large room met my needs for comfort.
Pros:

The breakfast was satisfactory for a buffet. The staff (Scott) were excellent the booking.com AI bot could not alter my time of stay.

Pros:

Location was good, price was decent compared to other hotels, had a pool and continental breakfast

Cons:

Was a bit dirty, smoking area outside smelled like pee, at night there was quite a few people outside drinking someone even had a bong. Photos on booking.com appeared different than in person. Breakfast was to start at 6:30, myself and 10 other people stood waiting outside the room until after 7:00. Not that it mattered to us but booking.com said there would be a $50 damage deposit, it was $100 when we got there which could be a hassle for some people. Probably won’t be back
