Estadia péssima, sem higiene e com sérios riscos à segurança (vazamento na luz e infestação de baratas).

Nada. A experiência foi péssima do início ao fim e o hotel não oferece condições mínimas de higiene ou segurança.

Cons:

Experiência horrível e inaceitável. No primeiro quarto, havia uma grande quantidade de água vazando diretamente da luminária do banheiro, o que representa um risco grave de segurança elétrica. Fomos trocados de quarto, mas o segundo quarto estava com uma infestação de baratas. Como estávamos exaustos, tivemos que aplicar spray inseticida por conta própria para conseguir dormir. Além disso, a estrutura geral do hotel é péssima: corredores sujos, ambiente desagradável, colchões desconfortáveis e toalhas de altíssima má qualidade. Não recomendo a ninguém.

I’d not recommend this place.
Pros:

I’d say location because it’s somewhat close to everything.

Cons:

1) Staff friendly but super late, no one at the front desk for long periods of time. I saw a front desk lady’s BABY inside a dirty laundry’s rolling cart, the baby inside and no one close by. Unsafe and really unprofessional… irresponsible staff members.

2) The room feels and seems COMPLETELY unhealthy to stay. Although the rooms didn’t smell like mold, the ceiling is FULL of mold marks and stains. Wall painting are chipped off, there are holes everywhere. Property not cared for.

3) Lamp was broken and unconnected when we arrived, super unsafe and simply not a place I’d stay ever again. Some wall lights did not work near the bed headboard, couldn’t read.

4) They say “free breakfast” but the front desk office is simply NOT suitable for serving breakfast and office is actually Dirty.

5) In the front hallway there are air conditioning water everywhere… just lacks proper drainage.

6) There are some marauana smoke smell by the pool that is VERY strong… sucks.

7) We saw 3-5 mini roaches around in our room 117.

8) This place SHOULD BE CLOSED and it’s due for a complete new renovation and re staffed.

We did not stay it was a terrible place
Pros:

This is a very low class hotel mainly used for welfare customers paid by the state. We were afraid to stay there it did not feel safe and we did not check in. We were advised to get our refund from Bookings.com

Everything, including false advertising and photos on the Bookings.com website
