The roaches were not a welcome guest and the smell of fresh paint was pretty rough while trying to sleep

The place is very depressing, many people living in bad condition. The room I rented when I arrived was very dirty, the mirrors, the stained bed sheets, they don't wash them. And many cockroaches 🪳 on the walls came out from under the bed from everywhere.

I notified the reception about what I had seen and that if it was possible to change rooms and they answered me about the cleaning that they do not have anyone working for the cleaning and of the room that I could not make the change.
Location was good for those of us traveling on I 75
Feels more like a crack house than a hotel. Breakfast was bread and coffee. They did not provide towels. Very run down. Air conditioner was extremely loud and antiquated. Room wasn't properly cleaned. I found someone else's dirty underwear in a dresser drawer.

This hotel is easily one of the worst places I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying. The room looked like something out of a crime scene, and the overall condition of the property was absolutely unacceptable. There wasn’t even a TV in the room, which is something I specifically like to have for background noise so I don’t have to hear every sound coming from the other guests and surrounding rooms.
The paint was damaged, peeling, and generally in terrible condition throughout the property. The entire place was dark, depressing, and run-down—it honestly felt more like a neglected dungeon than a functioning hotel.
I travel frequently and have stayed at countless hotels over the years, ranging from basic accommodations to much nicer properties, and this was genuinely one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The condition of this place is embarrassing, and calling it a hotel feels extremely generous.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before booking this place. Save yourself the money, frustration, and disappointment. 🚮 This place is an absolute dump. STAY AWAY!

They don’t clean the rooms and the rooms are infested with roaches also have a felling leak on. The bottom floor from 3 different spots have to use trash cans to catch the water
Horrible property. They should advertise as a homeless shelter. Rooms need an upgrade. Furniture is old. Bathroom had dirty washcloths hanging from the shower curtain rod. Had to change rooms because of a water leak. No remote for tv. Breakfast is lousy, bread, cereal, waffles, nothing healthy except yogurt. Burnt out lightbulbs. Missing vent cover in bathroom.

Experiência horrível e inaceitável. No primeiro quarto, havia uma grande quantidade de água vazando diretamente da luminária do banheiro, o que representa um risco grave de segurança elétrica. Fomos trocados de quarto, mas o segundo quarto estava com uma infestação de baratas. Como estávamos exaustos, tivemos que aplicar spray inseticida por conta própria para conseguir dormir. Além disso, a estrutura geral do hotel é péssima: corredores sujos, ambiente desagradável, colchões desconfortáveis e toalhas de altíssima má qualidade. Não recomendo a ninguém.
