Not worth it.
Cons:

No latches on door inside which made me feel not safe, I needed to ask them to change my room due to this and staff was not pleased to do this. Tried 4 rooms, none of them had inside latches. Finally had to agree to stay in one of them feeling very unsafe. Breakfast is okay, wifi not that fast, and overall was not a great experience.

Old, out-dated and lack of maintenance
Pros:

The room looked out-dated and lack of maintenance. The air conditioner and even the refrigerator are noisy and not cold at all. Not recommended with the price.

It was decent overall.
Pros:

Location was very near to my office.

Cons:

Staff didn't allow my brother and sister-in-law even for half an hour in the room. I ordered Veg Hakka Noodles but they were smelling bad so I asked to change them, the new ones were too oily.
