Pros:

Location, decoration, the staff generally was very polite and the hotel had great lobby, bar area and breakfast room breakfast good quality

One Small elevator for so many rooms , the elevator was taking a long time to arrive, we arrived earlier than check in time so we had to take by ourselves our luggages to the basement using a card that receptionist gave us to a room full of others luggages-not safe and does not show a 4 star hotel! I stayed 4 nights no one came to clean my room also i did not found any door hanger inside my room, the carpet was a bit dirty the room had a weird smell like it has not been aired out-ventilated for days so i always had the windows opened,the heat was very high no buttom to adjust, someone from the hotel came to adjust but still the heat was high enough. For the money that we gave not satisfied overall

Lovely stay in Copenhagen
Pros:

Lovely place, nice area and a great location for Tivoli gardens, easy to find plenty of help at the front desk

Cons:

Nothing they can do about the bar when we went as was under renovation, honesty bar a good idea

Great, stay for four days perfect hotel

Close to the centre, everything we needed, staff are amazing, room to leave your bags when you had to check in check out

Разочароващо, категорично не препоръчвам.
Pros:

Хотелът се намира близо до Общината и Тиволи.
Закуската беше много добра, богата и разнообразна.

Cons:

Настаниха ни в стая в приземен етаж, с мръсни прозорци, гледащи към вътрешен двор.Странно разположени мебели и интериор, без мисъл на госта на хотела да му е удобно. Звукоизолация и шумоизолация никакви, чуваше се всичко от коридора, работеше се на двора от ранна сутрин и стаята беше точно под ресторанта за закуска. От 6.30 ни събуждаше шум от влачене на маси, столове и стъпки.
Мебелите бяха стари , захабени , имаше неработеща лампа в банята и освен всичко беше и мръсно.
Бяхме сложили табелката за почистване на стаята сутринта и си я намерихме в 15.30 както сме я оставили, а никой не беше чистил стаята.
Душ- кабината беше изключително малка, неудобна- с някаква странна колона в средата и след като се изкъпеш, всичко беше мокро.
Радвам се, че престоят ни беше само два дни, повече трудно бих изтърпяла.

Staff helpful and pleasant.
Pros:

Hotel quiet and in central location. Excellent breakfast with good range of hot and cold food. Bread fresh and tasty.

Καλή επιλογή για όποιον δεν θέλει να πληρώσει πολλά χρηματα
Pros:

Τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο μετρό.Σχετικα καλο πρωινό και ησυχο ! Μας εξυπηρέτησαν την Κυριακή και πήραμε πρωινό νωρίτερα από τις 7.30 επειδή έπρεπε να τρέξουμε στον μαραθωνιο.
