Nice hotel near the main train station and the center, noisy a little
Pros:

Nice hotel, nice room. Very good breakfast. Very good location near the main train station and the center of the city.

Cons:

A little over-equipped, little space for our own things. A little disturbing was the noise from the street and the noise from always running fan in the bathroom at night.

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Location is excellent. It's close to the main train station and metro stop. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable. Love the windows that can open however much you want them to.

Cons:

I missed a hutch or side table on which to put my things. The sink in the bathroom was so small that when you bend down to wash your face, you hit the faucet. If you move back, the water doesn't fall into the sink but outside. Serious design fault. No foot mat or towel, so was trudging around with wet feet.

Great hotel in downtown Copenhagen with super location and breakfast.
Pros:

Large room with ample space for luggage and clothing. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Short walking distance to major points of interest in downtown Copenhagen.

Cons:

High price but that's the case for all accommodation in downtown Copenhagen.

Cons:

Ho selezionato una camera matrimoniale superior con vista cortile interno e ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza nel seminterrato davanti al parcheggio interno dell'hotel, con vista sulle macchina parcheggiate (dal basso verso l'alto) e nessuna privacy se non a tende e finestre sempre e costantemente chiuse. Intercapedine esterna sporca e maleodorante.

Pequeno almoço dentro das nossas expectativas e da categoria do hotel. Apenas um pequeno reparo. A fruta existente era de pouca variedade o que não nos aconteceu em outras experiências anteriores. Em suma o pequeno almoço foi muito agradável.

Cons:

Estamos muito contentes com o hotel. É um local antigo mas muito bem conservado. A localização era perfeita, melhor seria difícil. O serviço de quartos era eficiente e bom e o pessoal muito simpático.

Good experience, more suitable for an intimate couple than for just friends.
Pros:

Great location very short distance from the metro and s-Bahn trains, very beautiful building and super nice hotel stuff

Cons:

We were a couple of friends and wasn't aware that the toilets and shower door was a glass door, the info should include this.. it's not sealed properly and requires a certain level of intimacy that might not be suitable for everyone

Pros:

This second weekend stay was a great improvement from previous weekend.
The room was more of a suite with large bed, closet, space to layout luggage without stepping over them,
An adjacent large bathroom with tub and separate shower, and heated floor.
Coffee pot and snacks available.
I checked with front desk on rate increase since I did not request an upgrade, same nightly rate. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

Restaurant is only open for breakfast, no lunch or dinner offered.
The first weekend, female barkeeper was friendly and sociable and remembered my specific drink from the previous night. Thank You.
The second weekend was a male who was brash, and short. The menus (2) that he gave us did not have the drink listed from the previous weekend and I asked to see the other menus on the bar. He refused and said he worked there 1 1/2 years and never heard of the drink I requested. He could have won the argument had I looked at the other menus. The stack of menus were not on the bar the next morning. This is where the customer is never right in his mind.
