Pros:

The hotel staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, and we liked the pool.

Cons:

Everything was lovely, but I'd like to note that it looks like the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, so don't let that deter you from staying.

Cons:

החדרים עם ריח חזק של ביוב. המגיע מאיזור השירותים. גם לאחר ניקיון של החדש יש ריח. מזגן לא מקרר בכלל. המלון נמצא בשיפוצים ולא נאמר לנו בשום שלב. בריכה קטנה מאוד

Amazing views. Awesome Experience.
Pros:

The Rooftop dining area was the best with a really beautiful view of the city. Room was amazing. Staff were polite and courteous. Well located walking distance from the city centre. The buffet breakfast is lavish and really filling.

Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was bij aankomst al klaar, we kregen een uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving en onze koffers konden de volgende dag omdat we pas later terug kwamen tijdelijk in de bagageruimte. Daarbij was het ontbijt heel uitgebreid.

Pros:

Personnel adorable et à disposition, hôtel à proximité de tout, très propre.

Cons:

Salle de bain pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et qui mériterait d’être rénovée.
Piscine très bien pour les enfants mais pas adéquate pour les adultes (90 cm de profondeur et environ 3-4m de longueur).

Pros:

Well, it's holiday inn.
I've read all the bad reviews, and can say that they're definitely addressing these. Had zero problems with: staff, AC, parking, check in/check out. Some construction is going on next to the hotel, but they didn't construct anything while we were here.
The breakfast was 4/5, I remember having better ones at IHG. But I can't complain I stopped here: walking distance to shops and restaurants, decent parking, connected rooms for the family: delivered as expected.
