Pros:

Clean.
Could accommodate 4 people in one room.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk very instrumental, very busy with themselves. You feel you disturb them. The concierge team is very helpful and nice.

The best location to experience NYC lifestyle as a family!

Cons:

Quite dated facilities in the room, I don’t like that paper cups were provided for tea/coffee and that the room doesn’t have refrigerator. AC is noisy and don’t recommend using it at night.

It was was comfortable and gracious!
Pros:

The initial room was unsatisfactory.
I requested and received a change in my room that was immediately addressed. The staff was professional and assisted the room change to accommodate my daughter and I.

There were only two elevators and they need to be upgraded. It is very slow and one was out of service for a full day.

I use rollator
It was good if the hotel will provide a means to use it snd not need to drag it alone on the stairs
or have to pay the doorman each yime i leave or return to the hotel

I would definitely stay again. The location was perfect!!

Perfect location! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not much to dislike. If I had to anything it would be that the AC was temperamental and hard to adjust to our personal liking. Also the beds were comfortable, but the mattress pads were a bit too “noisy”.
