Good option to be close to Central Park
Pros:

Good option in an expensive city. Room was large enough for 3 people (2 beds) but still New York size, i.e. small. Close enough to Central park and in a nice area of town. A little dated overall. Good breakfast offered next door with a discount.

Cons:

Expensive for what you get in the end, dated, not super comfy beds, loud A/C. Staff at reception.

Location is great, beautiful staff that are always willing to help. Return visit for my brother and I … this is our NYC hotel.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working for 1 day/night … no compensation offered which was disappointing :(

Pros:

Le quartier super proche de central Park et du muséum d’histoire naturelle, proche de la Hudson River as well. Plein de commerces sympas et le calme en même temps. Tout le staff était super pro et aimable, excellent hôtel et très bon rapport qualité prix.

The noise levels in the room were so high that we didn’t sleep for our whole stay. The service lifts were out of order so they used the 2 passenger lifts for food and water and they smelled very bad after waiting for ages to get them….

Bed was comfortable. Front desk were friendly.

Cons:

I wish the rooms were soundproofed as I could conversation and coughing.

Also, the clock radio has an iPhone/iPod dock from 15 years go. It is time for an upgrade on that. Thank about installing USB charging ports into the rooms. I have a portable charging station, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but other clients may not have noticed luxury.

Great potential, not achieved.
Pros:

Very good location, close to tube station, nice representative building. Bathroom had window which is very convenient. Nice furniture.

Cons:

AC very noisy, bathroom-small, humid, coffee machine-poorly functioning, room small for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 kids), no fridge, noise from the street, slow elevators. Worst of all - pillows that smelled very badly😬.

Excellent place in the Upper West Side

Wonderful housekeeping staff. Room was immaculate. Friendly front desk and doorman. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to many restaurants and next to the subway 1 line.
