Gute Kommunikation

Cons:

Frühstück musste hochpreisig extra bezahlt werden, weil im Buchungsvorgang übersehen oder versteckt angeboten.
Da wir einen Tag ohne Erstattungsanspruch verkürzten, wäre ein Erlass der Frühstückskosten eine nette Kulanz-Geste gewesen.
