Solid hotel, great location
Pros:

I’ll start this by saying I’ll stay here again, but not in a single room.

Pros:
- Outstanding location, especially for the Festival of St. Dominic (late July to early August).
- Literally down the street from the main train and bus station (Gdańsk Główney and Dworzec Główney)
- Not too far from most of the major attractions.
- The hotel IS air conditioned AND you have control in your own room.
- The “single” is a small room, with a tiny toilet room. Think Japanese hotel room and closet sized toilet room…mine had about 18” from the toilet to the wall.
- English is spoken by the Staff, with varying degrees of confidence.

Cons:
- The lifts are a bit idiosyncratic. They don’t clearly signal arriving, are a bit slow and rock like a mid-70’s Deadhead…kinda a slow and steady rhythm.
- Some rooms lack a power outlet near the head of the bed, a definite concern for C-PAP users.
- Mattresses are a memory foam style, and perhaps somewhat on the softer side.

Widok z 17 piętra, bogaty bufet śniadaniowy (szkoda, że regionalny stół nie był stałe uzupełniany). Niesamowita obsługa Pani Basi z restauracji śniadaniowej na 5*

Nie, że nie podobało, ale warto aby stół regionalny był stałe uzupełniany. Oraz woda z lodem, cytrusami, mięta był dostępny cały czas, a nie tylko w czasie dużych upałów.

Hotel with the view
Pros:

A very good, centrally located hotel with a typical service of Mercure. Breathtaking view from upper floors. However, breakfast is too obvious, moreover there isn’t a pool and spa.

Pobyt turystyczny.
Pros:

Śniadania super!!!!, czystość pokoi również. Łózka bardzo twarde, ale każdy lubi co innego, dla mnie i córki zdecydowanie za twarde.

Cons:

Tragedia (ciągle) z parkingiem hotelowym. Musiałem przesiedzieć w samochodzie 30 minut bo tak lał deszcz, a wejście do hotelu z drugiej strony obiektu-tragedia. Hotel tej klasy nie powinien tak wyglądać.

Gamla rum. Trångt och luktat gammal heltäckningsmatta. Man får absolut inte ngn känsla att det är 4 stjärnor, max 3. Sur personal i Check in disken. Titta noga om bekräftelsen stämmer med det ni bokar . På plats sa de att vi inte hade frukost inräknad, fast det stod att det ingick på Booking.
Känner mig rejäl lurad. Skit dyr frukost, men bra. Däremot hotellet är en skämt. Lika som booking som visar att frukosten ingår när man bokar .
