Beware of scams

I will never go back there.
From the pictures on the Booking website, it was clear that the hotel has a pool.
I called the hotel directly (the phone call was recorded) to make sure that there is indeed a pool and I was told that there is. Since my flight on the day of departure was late in the evening, I asked if it is possible to stay in the pool after vacating the room, and I was also told that it is.
I made a reservation and a few minutes later they got back to me by email and informed me that there is a problem with the date of my reservation and offered me another hotel as an alternative. I announced that I am not interested in the other hotel and after changing the room level, my reservation for Hotel The Code was confirmed.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to discover that there is no pool at all, even though according to both the pictures on the Booking website and the recorded phone call, it was clear that the hotel has a pool. The receptionist claimed that it was a "misunderstanding" and that the pool is in the other hotel that was offered to me, and he added that any way it is not possible to stay in the pool after vacating the room. I played the recording of the phone call to the receptionist, but nothing helped. The hotel also showed no willingness to keep the room in my possession for a few more hours although I chose this hotel only because I could stay there for a few more hours. The claim was that the hotel was fully booked. This was also a false claim, as I ended up booking the room for another night through Booking.com. I didn't want to start changing hotels for a few hours of rest, and out of choice, I stayed for a few more hours in a hotel that would never see me again.
I left feeling like I had simply been cheated.
