Disrespect of staff to NOT use MY NAME as I provided, on the stupid welcome message on the TV. How is it Skyler's job to change MY NAME I provided?!?!?!?
He blamed Booking.com. They had my name right in all communication with me. He messed MY NAME up. I really hate excuses.
Tell your employees to use the name the CUSTOMER provides, not what the employee thinks it's supposed to be.
I am going to another Hampton Inn next weekend and frankly, I dread it and having to deal with another employee that could show me disrespect.

Good place to rest for the night.
Pros:

Clean, helpful staff

Cons:

When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied by someone else. The front desk informed us their system went down and they pretty much didn’t know who was in what room. They gave us a new room pretty quickly, but it was concerning they didn’t know what rooms were occupied.

Beds were comfortable. The airconditioning in the rooms was ok but not in the lobby

The Usual
Pros:

Clean, efficient, not in such a great area, but with a heated pool and spa, even if the pool is a bit small. Breakfast was the usual light fare and there wasn’t any water in the room. Will I stop back here? Only if I have no choice.
