Pros:

El ac no alcanzaba a bajar el calor que hace en tucson. El agua solo salía caliente o super caliente. Entendemos es el clima extremo que tienen.

The druggies and homeless people my room had mold so it was hard to breathe
Pros:

The workers were excellent until checkout they kept my entire deposit because I asked for clean sheets I asked for towels they didn't have any they painted over all the mold from days inn and the back balconys are about to collapse I noticed the balconys on my last night I bought 120 dollars worth of cleaning items plus towels the floors were dirty need to he mopped these are the king suites I was still nice as can be I offered to do these things and my first night there I was threatened by a gangster dude the 2nd night I got woken up at 3am there was about 25 to 30 guys gang fight guns drawn out right outside my door cops did not show up if they would have kicked the dude out who threaten me the night before the gang fight wouldn't of happened the 2nd night. Like I said staff was awesome then checkout my sheets were dirty um hello I was there 2 weeks God forbid I ask for clean Sheets etc

Excelente ubicación, desayuno y trato del personal

Cons:

Que el cobro del depósito no se pueda realizar con tarjeta si está no es de Estados Unidos
La opción de hacerlo en efectivo es buena pero deben de especificar en la información de la reservación

The AC was off and it took hours to cool down my room , it was very very hot trying to sleep was almost impossible, and the door to the patio was wide open when I went into my room

Pros:

I love the overall respect and professionalism of the Establishment and the breakfast is pretty rock'n.

Cons:

The sink was leaking with no plug and the tub also had no plug. The microwave; when opened; exposed the internal wiring which is quite dangerous to individuals. In house will take care of things as always.
