Pros:

アメニティが豊富で、シャンプー、コンディショナーも貸し出しがあり助かりました。

Cons:

19:30頃にチェックインしたのですが、隣の物産店が閉店しておりましたので少数でも良いので、お土産物を置いていただけたらと思います。

残念
Cons:

朝食の案内が部屋のテレビに表示されていて9時までとあったので8時半ころ行くと、7時までの申し込みとなっています。と言われた。
じゃあそれもテレビに表示しておくべき。
チェックイン機の上に書いてあるのをチェックアウト時に初めて見た。
それならチェックイン時に一言添えるべき。
不親切。
田舎はスタッフサービスは行き届いてないなと感じた。

Pros:

バス・トイレ別で朝食が500のこと。カツオが朝出るのは観光として来ていたのでうれしいです。ソファーの寝心地がいいと家族がおっしゃっていました。バイキングのおじさんもいい人そうです。

四万十に行くときは、また泊まりたい。
Pros:

清潔で、お部屋も広々していて非常に快適でした。
ドライヤーがどこにあるかわからず、フロントに電話した際も、スタッフさんが丁寧に対応してくださいました。（洗面台の横の袋に入れてあったのに気づいていませんでした）
また、送迎サービスや自転車貸し出しサービスがあり、自転車を借りて少し離れた居酒屋に夜ごはんを食べに行くことができました。
ホテルの隣に、物産館サンリバー四万十があって、地元の特産品を購入することもできました。
