Bed uncomfortable, air-conditioning loud, toilette extremely low, shower not acceptable.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Front desk couldn't find my reservation right away. Air conditioning in lobby not working, elevator out of service, bed not comfortable.. felt like springs were poking me. TOILET BOWL HORRIBLY LOW..only a toddler would be able to sit comfortably. and shower door to reach shower knobs was stationary so that I would have to step all the way in to turn on water. Air-conditioning unit extremely loud. Front desk couldn't give me change of a 20 so I could leave something in the room.
Because of this experience I will never stay at a Fairfield again.
