Great location. Nice to have a balcony. Easily walkable to most museums and exhibits. On the HOHO and Flybus routes. Front desk staff were nice but didn’t offer info about hotel and area. For instance, a 15% discount applies for hotel guests at the attached restaurant, Loa, but it wasn’t mentioned and restaurant staff didn’t ask.

O café da manhã era excelente. Farto e bem composto. O atendimento e limpeza do local foi excelente também . O atendimento na recepção sempre foi muito caloroso e atencioso. Localização excelente. Bem ao lado de um ponto de parada de ônibus das excursões.

Location

Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel, small rooms, very small baths. No real views, blackout curtains for the long days. Attentive and helpful staff, especially when navigating tramsportation and tours. In a very touristy area, but easy walks to restaurants and some shopping. Short walk to a lovely waterside park and walking path. Tour buses and public transportation stop just outside. Great place to stay if you are taking any of the bus tours. Would stay here again.

This Reykjavik based hote,l Centerhotels I thought was very impressive, and I was impressed with the experience I had , even though I arrived very late on past midnight on the day of my arrival, it still was a breeze and a welcoming experience.
This hotel specifically is well organized, well run and well maintained throughout, and it's certainly competing against some branded, extravagant hotels which are out there .
The location Is great to venture into Reykjavik, and is abundantly located very near an array of most bars, clubs and restaurants.
The room I was allocated was lovely and impressive, very new features, all working features, the bed very comfortable along with the furniture. The room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness , and I noticed that throughout the hotel, and in the restaurant/ and dining areas. So the hotel staff are doing a fabulous job in terms of maintaining.
The restaurant and breakfast options were delightful, a lot of nice choices and it was nice to see local dishes and drinks available. The quality of food and the service was delivered very desirably and efficiently.

I was in Reykjavik for a few days and I had no issues at all with any disturbances or other noises, the bad thing about it was, when I had to depart!

It was very beneficial for the hotel to organize the flybus from the hotel to Keflavik airport via the central bus station. And the bus collects you right outside the hotel.!

The staff at the hotel were all very helpful, pleasant, welcoming , professional, and they seemed to be enjoying their job roles in the hotel.

Also having a 24hr check in option is very helpful.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants and bars, but yet far enough away to be quiet. There is free parking at the back which we really appreciated. Breakfast buffet has everything you would want and was a great way to start the day. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Room was a good size and the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.

Super central, clean and modern rooms, top breakfast and friendly staff
