Cons:

I originally chose Center Hotels Laugavegur because they advertised a complimentary, excellent breakfast. I made reservations thru booking.com; there was no option to select or decline breakfast. I naturally thought that since the breakfast was adverstised as complimentary, there was no need for booking.com to ask this question. Imagine my surprise at being told by the receptionist that breakfast was not included. They blamed the misunderstanding on booking.com. It is clear that Center Hotels engages in misleading, fraudulent advertising.

Comfortable, convenient and welcoming.
Pros:

The friendliest and competence of staff was exceptional, nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was wholesome and plentiful. We would stay again.

Nothing, every aspect of our stay was very good.

It was ok but I won’t stay here again
Pros:

Great location. The room and lobby actually looks newer than the photos. There were some parking spaces behind the hotel.

Cons:

Unstable hot water. The hot water came every 10 seconds during shower.
We also found a glass shard at the corner of the room.

kiváló lokáció, színvonalas hotel.
Pros:

Kiváló lokáció: a fő sétáló és bevásárló utcában. A szálloda mellett van a 9-es számú busstop, az összes daytrip egyik felvevő pontja.

Cons:

Kicsit nagyobb zuhanyzó lehetett volna. A reggeli jó volt, de mindig ugyan az a választék. Hosszabb tartózkodás esetén ez kicsit unalmas.

Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Personal und gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, am Anfang der Fußgängerzone bzw. des Touristen-Bereichs. Wir haben sehr früh gebucht und haben ein Upgrade von booking.com bekommen: ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Und es war super: an diesen Tagen war es sehr warm und wir saßen abends tatsächlich auf dem Balkon und konnten die weißen Nächte und die Aussicht genießen. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, die einheimischen Milchprodukte (Butter, Skyr usw.) schmecken außerordentlich gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Es hat uns alles gut gefallen, es war nicht so günstig, das Hotel kann aber nichts dafür.

Deux belles nuits et un lieu parfait pour visiter Reykjavik
Pros:

Personnel accueillant malgré mon anglais médiocre, enregistrement et départ rapides et sans problème. Endroit calme sur une des rues les plus connues de Reykjavik. Surtout un petit déjeuner fantastique sous forme de buffet scandinave, varié, excellent et très bien présenté. On s'est régalé (entre autres) de véritables skyrs qui n'ont rien à voir avec nos pâles imitations françaises vendue sous le même nom...

Cons:

Rien à redire. La qualité de l'hôtel justifie le prix
( Beaucoup d'hôteliers français ( en particulier à Paris ! ) devraient venir en stage ici...)
