Encontré lamentable que puedan ofrecer una botellita de agua Panna por un precio superior al 10% del costo de la habitación ! USD 15.-/botella es una estafa.
La ducha es muy vieja. El chorro de agua cayendo muy mal y la manguera desconectada. Ya estuve en ese hotel antes y no había pasado nada similar. Mala experiencia.

The location and staff were great just will lock things up or not do housekeeping

The staff was amazing and the restaurant was great.

Cons:

We had several things stolen out of the hotel room, the hotel said not possible but a lot of random things are gone.

Excelente ubicacion! Muy buen servicio!
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor. Cerca de tres centros comerciales, con excelentes opciones de restaurantes a muy corta distancia. Caminando te sientes seguro, inclusive en la noche.
El desayuno muy completo, el personal de recepcion, restaurante y limpieza muy amable en todo momento.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Todo excelente.

Hard to recommend
Pros:

The staff was the highlight, helpful and very profesional, the gym was well equipped and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The first room we had was on the last floor under some machines located next to the gym, which made lots of noise and the window handle was broken so some cold air kept getting in, we got moved to the room under it which had the balcony door broken as it wouldnt close, and in the bedroom there was a smell of rotten eggs in the night time, around 11 pm most nights.
