Scammers
Pros:

Location was great and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel scammed me out of $150 for a smoking fee when no one smoked in the room. They said that there was evidence and had pictures of ashes and a smoked filled room when I'm not even a smoker. When I asked for them to send me the pictures of this so called evidence they said I will later after I go back up to the room. So u don't have any evidence. Whole thing felt like a total scam my bank is going to deny the charge because they had no evidence. So don't go here they might try to scam you.

Older property, but clean!
Pros:

The property was older and was showing its age, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and that is the main thing for me!

Cons:

There weren't any towel bars or hooks in the bathroom so there wasn't anywhere to hang a towels or a cosmetic bag.

Lovely Location
Pros:

The location and the price were great. I had a great welcome from the night desk agent. Bed was comfortable, though I had a bedding issue I hope gets addressed by housekeeping. Hot tub was relaxing at the end of a long driving day. Breakfast options were varied, attendant was helpfully and welcoming.

It was enjoyable but pricey for what the hotel offers.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable & outside area along river & Bridge of Dreams is beautiful. Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, parks, The Falls & etc.

Cons:

The hotel halls & common areas were very warm, breakfast area is small, elevator is slow & outside parking is limited.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and was expecting the same experience or maybe even better The hotel seemed somewhat run down since my previous stay. The staff at the front desk wasn't very personable. I did enjoy the outside patio a d the service at the restaurant was extremely good. I am not sure if I would choose to stay there again based on the price

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Bring wall adapter because there are little to no n USB connections. 40 dollar fee for early check in. No snacks to purchase at the front desk. Staff and cleanliness is great. New resturant is really good.
