Great location, clean and tidy. Very good value for money with free car parking.
Pros:

Location was great, room and bathroom were very clean. Great double glazing on the windows kept out the traffic noise out. The free undercover parking.

Cons:

Bathroom was very clean but needs an exhaust fan and a renovation.

The best accommodation of my 20 or so Airbnb and hotels I’ve stayed in Melbourne.
Pros:

I loved meeting the friendly staff and management, I felt safe and it was peaceful, the air was fresh, surrounded by nature, quiet, easy, heater worked well, good room service, loved the bath. Carpark excellent and owner even went out of his way to tell me to cover the stuff in my car to keep it secure which I appreciated.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything - maybe a later checkout time without costing more but I was allowed 1030am so this is a small thing! I am coming back to the city this weekend but needed pet-friendly accommodation so if this was an option I would have stayed here again, but I understand when it’s not in a hotel’s policy.

Great staff but facilities lacking slightly
Pros:

Very helpful staff and very close to where I wanted to go to. The boss, Prakash, was extremely helpful regarding early check-in.

Cons:

No restaurant facilities (permanently closed due to no staff). Upkeep and maintenance need looking at.

Pros:

The location was central although on a very busy road. The lady who checked us in was very nice.

Cons:

It was filthy. The doona had old faeces stained on it (a lot), stains on everything, the bathroom was filthy, the shower curtain had red mould all over it and the room was infested with spiders.
