チェックインが早めにできてありがたい。チェックインアンケートに回答したにもかかわらず中洲店は16時にしかできない。

Cons:

窓際まできっちり清掃してほしい。いつもタオルがすくない。廊下にもない。

My stay was overall pleasant, the room was very clean and nice. Check in times need work but good!

The room was very nice and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like how we had to wait till 4pm for check in. For people who would just want to explore more without carrying luggage or just want to rest coming in early? 12 would be more ideal for check in. I also left a light on for a while no more than 10 mins and it smelled like it was burning and it was very hot. I turned it off immediately and everything was good. But that was very concerning
