Spacious room in a central location
Pros:

Location is fantastic, situated between City Hall MRT and Bugis MRT. Bras Basah MRT is also around the corner. Bus 36 takes us directly to Changi airport. There's a food court right across the hotel on Victoria street. Fortune Centre, Fulushou Complex and Albert Food Centre are also a stone's throw away.

Cons:

It'll be perfect if the front doors were automatic and there's a ramp to pull the luggages up to the reception counter.

Great to relax before I start my treatment for prostate cancer look forward to my next visit which could be sometime.

Pleasant but like going back in time to the 70s
Pros:

Staff check-in was super. Staff were very nice about early check -in.

Cons:

Hotel is abit old. The carpets need to be replaced and the toilet was not flushing well on the next day.

Comfortable and pleasant stay
Pros:

Conveniet location close to Bugis area, and walking distance to trains. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff - very accomodating specially for parents whom are regulars to the hotel and staff even suprised them with a cake for their 80th birthday. Breakfast was good and enough for us.

Globalement fonctionnel mais impersonnel et sans charme. Super bien placé mais très cher.
Pros:

Emplacement super, chambres propres.

Cons:

Rapport qualité prix, c’est très très cher. Le buffet petit déjeuner est bien mais lui aussi très très cher.

Great location amazing staff.
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location to be-able to get to everything you want to see in Singapore. The staff here are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. It’s was our 2nd stay here and we will return again.

Very nice hotel on great location but they want their guest to freeze.
Pros:

The hotel is nice in great place, I walked to all the places I wanted to see, staff was friendly and nice as well.

Cons:

the Air condition was set to too low so was freezing in the room and had to wear sweater even though I turned the AC off it was still cold.
