Nice, but room for improvement!
Pros:

Friendly check in and fresh chowder was being served, fresh lemonades were in the lobby, very nice first impression. River view. Love the robes. Nice lobby. Adult swim time is nice.

Cons:

Room 301 not great as it is right on the main strip and straight across from a bar. So it was noisy until late. Luckily we brought our own box fan to help with the noise! They had no fans, just FYI if you sleep with one. Also there is a very bright light on our balcony which has NO switch to turn off, very annoying! Especially since it's in front of your window by the bed and glass door. Keurig in room with great coffee, but no sugar, huh? Oh and the funniest part, two of the 4 pillows were throw pillow size! What the what?? Not a good look!

Warm & Relaxing Stay by the Ocean
Pros:

Excellent hotel. We were provided with cozy bathrobes, and the property offers a sauna, pool, and jacuzzi available 24 hours a day. It was absolutely wonderful to warm up there after a cool day by the ocean.

Not going back again for that price
Pros:

Location was close to the beach

Cons:

No room service, no new water bottles. When I asked for a bottle on day 2, the receptionist said there is a filter station on the third floor, but immediately gave a fresh bottle to the lady who came after us.
I had a pet friendly room but the carpet was very dirty. We payed 400$ a night for 2 nights,2 rooms, definitely not worth it. I wouldn't stay again for a price like that in a place like that.

Beautiful riverside stay
Pros:

Location along the river. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Description said there was a view of the ocean which there was not. No gluten free bread at breakfast. Dust around the outside edges of the room door.

Pros:

I appreciated the chowder from the reception it was delicious and that breakfast was getting constantly refilled even up towards the end of it. The room was nice and spacious with a very nice bathroom

Cleanliness vs Comfort
Pros:

I think it is a beautiful location and easy to get to all the activities in Seaside. The river view is gorgeous.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There was someones medication left under the bed from a previous stay as well as a button battery. The corner of the room by the balcony door had a huge amount of spider webs.

As far as the room accommodations, the pillows are super fluffy but flatten as soon as you lay on them. The mattress was a whole another level of hard.

Great customer service great amenities.
Pros:

I LOVE This motel. However I will say the room was not as clean as it was as last time I stayed.

There was a wet folded towel put away for us to use. And a dirty pube towel hung from our shower…. For the price i definitely think the room should have been cleaner than we got. But other than that i will be back since I LOVE the amenities and customer service is always great. And can’t find complimentary salmon chowder anywhere else

Mom and Daughters Trip 2026
Pros:

The balcony room was perfect ! The only issue was when someone was outside smoking on the bench by the river walk ,smoke would come in our room 🫤 had to close the door . The view outside was beautiful . Maybe a little more thorough cleaning of the bedding skirts. I prefer more light in the bathrooms . Staff was amazing !!!! The free smoked salmon clam chowder at 5pm was delicious. No issues with parking . Walking distance to all the shops and ocean .
