It was clean which is great.

Bed was reasonably comfortable and there is a TV with some Sky Channels - bonus.

A bit of step back in time to the 1970s in the bathroom with an 1980s decor in the lobby. Mirrors just like Miami Vice.

Cons:

Was a warm day and room got full afternoon sun so got really hot and there was no aircon but there was a fan. If you opened window too wide then lots of street noise and harder to sleep. Ear plugs did the trick.
Hotel is tired but price reflects that.
It is what it is and you pay for what you get.

Great location, great staff
Pros:

It was the ideal location for visiting family in Wellington.
We only stayed one night but will definitely book again.

体验感就是垃圾。整体都陈旧，广告全是p图。老款且陈旧的窗户，根本没心情看海景。停车场外面的道路晚上免费停车
Pros:

停车场旁边的路边停车，6pm~8am免费。东西多就停里面卸完出来。停车放东西他也没资格收费，本来就住这家店，不要被前台吓唬车停外面不安全，晚上道路旁停的全是附近居民的车，别被骗了。

Cons:

住了两天，晚上七点左右到达后问前台（长头发男性）停车场是否免费，他回答$25一晚。我说那我卸一下东西然后停外面路边吧，他说进来后就要付款，不然会被拖车，放路边不安全。。。由于赶时间，放完东西还要出去吃饭加油等，就没过多理论，付了一晚的停车费，第二天果断停路边，路边停的都是周围居民的车，没车位就多走两步就有了。晚上6点到早上8点免费。

For a 3 star Hotel it rates very well.
