I booked this room many months in advance for my daughter and I to go to WOW. We had stayed here two years ago and were happy with it for the price. We had a late check in and when we saw the room were very disappointed. The room was very small and was right beside the parking lot. We didn’t even feel safe the way the windows were on ground level. Although they did find us a bit better room at another hotel. We were charged the same price our room should have been less, looking at the usual rate. There was a lot of construction around the hotel as well. The room was good and a better location which was good but we had to get another transport to the new location. There was again, a view of a parkade. We made the most of our time but I feel that because we had a late check in and it was a busy week because of WOW, we were given a less
than ideal room. I will not book this hotel again.

No air con. Was noisy and could hear people talking and tvs going in rooms next to me. Toilet plumbing kept making funny glushing sounds every now and then. The cooked breakfast was pretty plain.

No Glass cup ,only Wine Glass, No milk in the fridge no dish soap for washing cups, bathroom tile must be scrub

Easy access to venues, in Wellington from Christchurch to attend the opera at St James Theatre so handy and handy to restaurants and swimming pool.
Twin room so felt beds a bit close together so moved them a bit but OK for price, be good to have the option of two double beds
