Great value for location and best nights sleep.
Pros:

Location is superb, near to Courtenay Place and lovely views of the city and harbour. Walk everywhere, museum, city, nightlife,restaurants, oriental parade, supermarket across the road. Warm, clean, comfortable and friendly. It's a bit dated in places but such good value for money it totally exceeds expectations. Best nights sleep.

Nothing I didn't like.

Great place! Would stay again. Super comfy bed and warm. Great location, and good price.
Pros:

Location was very central. Easy to get to, and city centre right there for everything we needed. Beautiful views of the morning sun on the city. Windows actually opened - double bonus for some fresh air. Heating was a bit slow to kick in, but one it got going we were plenty warm enough. Super comfy beds! Lovely powerful shower. Needed some ventilation in the bathroom. Tea, coffee, fresh milk were very much appreciated. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

A fair bit of condensation in the room and bathroom, no extractor fan.

Pros:

We love staying here. A little dated and the bathrooms are weird but we will keep coming back. Perfect location, the check in and car park are great. This place is perfect for when you have an event on in town and you don't want to drive.

Cons:

There's nothing we didn't like. Everything can always be better but this place dose the job
