Meh!
Pros:

$30 a day to park. Geesh! We stayed in room 810. It was a very nice room but it was also connected to another room with a door there. Rooms like this must have good neighbors. Or, someone that you know. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. That was very cool. All in all it was a good experience until our neighbors arrived.

True Marriott Hospitality at Its Best
Pros:

I had great experience at Marriott West Palm Beach. Since check-in earlier this week to now getting ready to depart, the service was consistently warm, professional, and welcoming.

A special thank you to Precious and Sandra in the Concierge Lounge. They both went above and beyond to make guests feel appreciated, always greeting everyone with a smile and providing exceptional hospitality. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Employees like Precious and Sandra are a tremendous asset to the Marriott brand. I look forward to staying here again

Breakfast with big smiles!
Pros:

We were delighted by the warm & friendly service both Kim & Jerome provided to us separately at breakfast in the Bistro two days in a row. They each efficiently and kindly tended to our every need, and left us with a very positive feeling about the encounters. They are each diamonds in the rough of corporate hotel restaurant service, and each deserves recognition. They are each valuable assets to Marriott!

Logan came through with shining colors.
Pros:

I just wanna give a huge compliment in regards to Logan! I had to unexpectedly stay four nights due to some unforeseen circumstances and couldn’t get on the airplane home. He really took me under his wing and knew that I was having a real hard time and tried to make everything is smooth and easy as possible. I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a long time, but I was very impressed by the hotel in general as well as by by Kim in the restaurant and also Juny by the pool. But Logan again went out of his way for me and made me feel like the only guest in the hotel! Thank you

Beautiful resort but restaurant staff are not so great
Pros:

The resort was beautiful, and our room was modern, clean, and nicely updated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant.
The resort itself was lovely, and the breakfast restaurant served delicious food each morning.
This version keeps the criticism factual while also highlighting the many positive aspects of your stay.

Cons:

Our only negative experience happened on our first evening at the bistro. The sign at the entrance clearly said, "Please seat yourself," so my husband and daughter walked in and chose a table. Before they could sit down, a server yelled across the entire restaurant, "Don't take that table!" Another guest even spoke up and said, "It says seat yourself." The situation was embarrassing and made them feel very uncomfortable, so they simply got up and left.
Aside from that unfortunate interaction with one staff member, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Beds were comfy. Overall ok last minute stay.

Cons:

I wish I would had a chance to pay for the laundry with card because who owns $2 of quarters now. Also I think $30 for self parking a bit too much for this type of hotel.

Our new hotel for future trips!
Pros:

We parked our car with Global Airport Parking at this hotel - very convenient! We stayed one night before our three-week trip to the Bahamas (out of PBI) and one night when we returned. In both cases, the hotel room was wonderful, and the service throughout the hotel was great. In particular, we loved the onsite restaurant, Bistro Ten Zero! We ate there multiple times during both stays and weren't disappointed with any meal. In particular, our waitress for our last breakfast (Kim) was extra helpful. All of the waitstaff were great! This is our new hotel for all future hotel stays when we fly out of Palm Beach International. It's an excellent hotel.
