We parked our car with Global Airport Parking at this hotel - very convenient! We stayed one night before our three-week trip to the Bahamas (out of PBI) and one night when we returned. In both cases, the hotel room was wonderful, and the service throughout the hotel was great. In particular, we loved the onsite restaurant, Bistro Ten Zero! We ate there multiple times during both stays and weren't disappointed with any meal. In particular, our waitress for our last breakfast (Kim) was extra helpful. All of the waitstaff were great! This is our new hotel for all future hotel stays when we fly out of Palm Beach International. It's an excellent hotel.
My stay at the West Palm Beach Marriott was generally acceptable, but unfortunately my experience after checkout has left a very negative impression.
Upon checking out, I was informed by hotel staff that my security deposit would be refunded within 3–5 business days. I accepted this timeframe and waited accordingly. However, after checking out on 13 June 2026, I have still not received my refund as of today (22 June 2026).
What is most frustrating is not only the delay itself, but also the lack of proactive communication regarding the status of the refund. Guests should not have to chase down money that rightfully belongs to them, especially after being given a clear timeline by hotel staff.
A security deposit is often a significant amount of money, and travelers depend on accurate information and timely processing. If the hotel cannot meet the stated refund timeframe, it should at least provide updates and transparency rather than leaving guests wondering where their money is.
Marriott is a well-known brand, and I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this property and would advise future guests to be aware that security deposit refunds may take much longer than what is promised at checkout.
I hope management will address this matter promptly and improve its handling of guest deposits in the future.
In terms of my experience at this hotel, everyone who works at this hotel is very sweet! Whenever I asked something that I need, they’ll be happy to do so. I would like to give a few shoutouts to the workers Carrie and David in the lobby for making this experience possible. I highly would recommend coming to this hotel!
After a long travel day and waking up famished, it was truly refreshing to be get a well needed meal to get the day started properly. Besides the laid back atmosphere, friendly reception from the bar tender and my grogginess. It was an absolute joy to be taken care of by Kim my waitress. Her warmth, smile and pleasant demeanor was exactly what I needed.

If you have a choice, do not stay at this hotel since they treat guests with elite Marriott status very poorly (gave us the worst room even though I requested a better room with my Titanium status) and they no longer have access to NBC.

Beautiful Marriott, room was exceptionally nice. All the staff in restaurant and during our banquet was awesome. Giordan was friendly and went above and beyond for us.
Property was more than expected, room good view, restaurant super, pool area great, Yuniexky was the name of the person that attended us at the pool area, she did a excellent jobs with all the orders that we maid, food, drinks, etc.

We recently spent a few nights at the Marriott West Palm Beach and came away with a positive overall impression. The staff stood out right from the start — David was helpful and responsive when I called ahead with questions before our arrival, and Caroline made check-in smooth and welcoming.
Our room was comfortable, modern, and felt recently remodeled, with a pleasant view of the water that was a nice bonus. The pool area was relaxing and a great spot to unwind for a few hours, and the gym was adequate for a quick workout.
The restaurant and bar had quick, attentive service, though the prices felt a little steep for the portion sizes — you leave feeling like you could have used a bit more on the plate. The M Club was a reasonable perk, though I’d note that the hours weren’t what I had been told when I called weeks prior — and on Friday evening, no food was being served there at all, which was a bit of a letdown. Breakfast in the club was fine.
A couple of practical notes: parking is gated and comes at an additional cost, so plan accordingly. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently close to the Brightline station, which makes getting around to other parts of Florida easy without a car.
Overall, a good stay with friendly service and a fresh, updated feel. Just confirm the M Club hours directly before you arrive.
While attending the 2026 GHC Conference, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, one of the host properties for the event. As a longtime Bonvoy member, I can honestly say I have never experienced such an exceptional interaction with a front desk agent as I did with Giordan.
From the moment I approached the desk, Giordan was polite, attentive, and truly personalized my check-in experience. His professionalism, warm personality, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service immediately stood out. It was a great way to begin my trip and refreshing to meet someone so dedicated to creating the ultimate guest experience.

Kim was our server and everything was fantastic.
Kim was very polite and came to us often to check on us. She was very nice and she is good at her job.
At the restaurant for dinner, Carlene was the best. She catered to us at the restaurant.
For breakfast Kim was awesome took care of all our dinning needs and made a man awesome hot chocolate for my kids.
