I had a wonderful experience with the hotel’s housekeeping team. I accidentally left my electric toothbrush in my room after checkout, and Maria from housekeeping kindly found it and kept it safe for me.

When I received the package, I was really impressed by how carefully everything was handled. The toothbrush was packaged very well, and they even labeled where and when it was found, including the room number. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism.

Thank you again to Maria and the team for going above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost item!
