una tortura para el descanso

la habitación en lineas generales era confortable, amplia, camas cómodas, el personal del hotel muy amable e intentó en todo momento ayudarnos con nuestras solicitudes

Cons:

la ubicación y el aislamiento del hotel frente a los ruidos. La zona en la que se encuentra esta a las afueras del Down Town donde al parecer se encuentra todos los homless con adicciones, alguno de los accesos al hotel son cerrados cada noche y se coloca un coche de policia en cada esquina.
Por otro lado el hotel se encuentra ubicado frente a una autopista, lo que debería conllevar un aislamiento acustico especial , no siendo así.
A este punto anterior debemos añadir que se encuentran haciendo obras en la autopista y empiezan a trabajar a las 5:30 am no pudiendo dormir desde esa hora.

Clean hotel, but the area around the hotel felt unsafe
Pros:

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean

Cons:

The location felt unsafe. Saturday evening there was an armed security guard at the door and when we were outside around 9:30 we heard gunshots and the security guard suggested we come inside because it sounded close.
While I appreciated the hotel had security the area felt a little unsafe to feel comfortable
Also the bed was VERY uncomfortable

Awesome!
Pros:

This is probably one of the best hotel experiences I have EVER had! The art work, the restaurant and bar and the housekeepers were all so NICE! Despite some check in problems AXEL was extremely helpful and made sure our experience was one of the BEST! He didn’t hesitate to fix a problem we had and was so pleasant our entire stay! He should be promoted!!!

Not worth it
Pros:

Lobby looked pretty cool.

Cons:

Construction going on so we had to figure out parking. Then the fire alarm was going off while we were on the 8th floor but staff was working per usual like nothing was happening but when asked they would shrug and continued vacuuming. Language barrier perhaps? We look out the window to see a bunch of people standing outside and a firetruck pulling up. Took the stairs all the way down. Ceiling in the bedrooms are also weird.

Cons:

I didn’t like the front desk clerks, they weren’t very helpful and had me running back and forth just to not be able to even use my reservation!

Very Nice Hotel.
Pros:

Room was nice. Parking lot was great. At night, the building was beautiful with colored lighting. Our venue was just a few blocks away.

Cons:

No microwave oven.
