Very happy staying with le meridian and Angel was helping with excellent.

Love the place. Strategy located. Comfort bed. Nice and friendly people. Many people who have impressed me. Dinda who has smiles even has no hand to handle, Gera who handle customer professionally, Hafiz who shake the ice lemon tea, Zenn who replace my receipt bookmark with a proper one, Agung who make a refreshing drink in the morning and many others such as Angel, Putra, Enjang, Farhan, Ayu, Ado, Tengah, Jesslyn, & many others who I have missed out and last but not least Fesya who I have known her great services before checking in. It has been a great pleasure staying here. How to stay here again.

What a super pleasant experience staying at Le Meridien Jakarta. When I arrived at the lobby, I was greeted with a super warm welcome from the Le Meridien staff. That night, I also got a special gift from Ms. Ruby from Guest Relations. Thank you, Ms. Ruby! It's really an experience that I won't forget.

The service is wonderful and every one here is so kind and nice, such a great experience!

My favourite place to stay when I’m in Jakarta. The club lounge allows me to start the day stress free and unwind after work. I’d also like to give a special mention to the staff, Enjang and Angel, and thank them for their excellent service.

I have enjoyed my stay tremendously due to the wonderful service and team, who have looked after my every need.

Ruby, Ayu, Mikha and Amanda went above and beyond to look after me and help me de-stress, I really felt at home and cared for.

Zena deserves a special mention as the best room attendant, kind and friendly with amazing attention to detail (and with incredible towel animal skills!)

This hotel also has great dining options and teams! Ayu, Teguh, Michelle, Ade and Hilda from the restaurant were so helpful and generous, with a great personalised service.

I also made use of the gym and spa, and would also like to recognise the coaches and spa attendants there (though I can't remember names) who also looked after my every need.

I will be back.

Having stayed at Le Meridien Jakarta for a 3-weeks work trip was the perfect decision. The hospitality of the staffs and proximity to office in Jakarta made my work trip (albeit tiring) a truly memorable and comforting experience. Warm gestures and meticulous efforts from each of them in the team have given me beautiful memories with the hotel and warmed my heart.

I highly and strongly commend the team at Le Meridien Jakarta for serving their customers with full sincerity and generosity - always going extra miles for customers! Special mentions to the chefs who cook up delicious meals (and chili 🌶️) - always paying attention to the needs/wants of customers, guest relations team - Ayu, Mikha and Ruby, Breakfast Team - Ayu, Idan, Agung, Basuarar, Adel (IRD), Michelle, Vuda and Nadia, Concierge Team - Boro etc. Pardon that I may not remember all of your names but all of you certainly left me with beautiful memories with Le Meridien Jakarta.

It is without a doubt that if I ever travel to Jakarta for leisure/work, Le Meridien Jakarta is the top choice for me to stay. Best experience out of all the Le Meridiens I have stayed so far!

I was in JKT for just 1 night but arrived close to 12pm. At my elite status, I was entitled to 3 pieces of complimentary laundry. As I needed to check out by 530am due to an early flight, I asked if the laundry can be sent by 12pm and returned on the same day. And the staff made sure this happened (even though by right, any laundry sent after 10am is only returned the next day. Kudos to the team!

It's the people who make the difference and this hotel proves this line time and time again. Whilst I am an elite Marriott Bonvoy member, the fact they keep the service at the same elite level every time is testament to the people who are on the front line. All that said the music in the Club Lounge every night is worth the price of admission...keep it going :)

Everything was great. Nice room, comfortable bed, and amazing rainfall shower. Steam room and sauna in the Spa were a nice perk after a long day. If you stay in a Club room you will have access to the Rendezvous Lounge in the lobby where Angel and Enjang do an exceptional job taking care of guests. Bravo Le Meridien

Much better than I was expecting. I normally stay elsewhere but moved here for a specific location/meeting. Very nice & friendly hotel. Rooms are well equipped and spacious, the pool was pleasant and breakfast offered a wide choice. The executive lounge was excellent, serving good quality food (not just fried snacks) and drinks including cocktails from 5-8pm daily, including live music. The location is also pretty good for getting around. Traffic is always bad in Jakarta but it’s very close to a bus stop - and Jakarta buses with their own lane are a very quick and cheap way of getting around.
I stay in many Marriott group properties and I would definitely recommended this one. Reasonably priced also.

Le Méridien Jakarta absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, warmth, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had anywhere.

A special call-out to Rama in concierge: he is a true standout. Rama went above and beyond helping us plan tours, navigate Jakarta, and generally making sure everything ran smoothly. His recommendations were thoughtful and honest (important tip: if you see suggestions online to visit the Marina/Port area, skip it because it is currently flooded, and Rama will steer you in much better directions).

The lounge team was fantastic as well. Huge thanks to Hanafiz, Dinda, Aldo, Enjong, and Angel — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They remembered preferences, anticipated needs, and made the lounge feel welcoming rather than transactional. Honestly, everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was wonderful.

Do not miss the spa facilities. The sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge are excellent and impeccably maintained — a perfect way to recover after a day in Jakarta traffic or sightseeing.

One pro tip: ask about included laundry services. Depending on your room type or status, this can be a very nice (and practical) perk, especially if you’re traveling long-haul or mid-trip.

The hotel strikes the perfect balance between polished international comfort and local hospitality. If you’re staying in Jakarta and want a place where service truly sets the bar, Le Méridien Jakarta is an easy, confident recommendation.
