Ausreichend freie Parkplätze und die gute Lage.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war teilweise defekt, bzw. Sehr laut. Austausch der Klimaanlage stand anscheinend kurz bevor, da bereits viele neue Klimaanlagen im Hotel gelagert wurden.
Der Poolbereich ist verbesserungsfähig, sehr abgenutzt und teilweise nicht sehr ansehnlich.

Run, don't walk away from this place
Pros:

If I was in a third world country and paid $40 a night I might have been ok with this place but at over $150 a night it was disgusting. We reserved a block of rooms for a large group months in advance and were told we would get a discount. Not only did they not offer a discount but they charged us more than what Expedia was showing for that same night. I tried to cancel to rebook with Expedia and they said it was too late. The room was a complete dump as was the rest of the hotel, the bed linens/mattress were filthy, water damage and 'repairs' everywhere. The AC sounded like an airplane taking off every few minutes. Holes in the curtains, rips in the carpet, a stack of dirty mattresses out front. Pool was so gross not even my kid would get in it. We booked a different hotel for less money on our way back through Flagstaff and it was exponentially better. I rarely write reviews but I've never been more offended by a hotel in my life.

Nice Place to Stay.
