Very positive experience. Clean and nice. Great breakfast, clean sheets and towels. Would book again!

Don't bother - the management doesn't seem to either
Pros:

This part of town was pretty, quiet, walkable/bikeable, and felt safe. There was adequate parking.. The water pressure was good.

Cons:

This property appears as if the people in charge of it care about only one thing - getting your money and giving little to nothing back. There is no evidence that they care at all about hospitality, doing a good job, keeping the premises maintained, or doing periodic deep cleaning. All the staff we encountered gave us the impression that we were imposing on them - from the desk clerks, to housekeeping, to the breakfast staff.

Our room seemed much smaller than I expected and the furniture was worn.The air conditioner made more noise than cool air. Even trying to watch a movie was frustrating, as the video signal kept going out.

The breakfast area was severely short staffed and having to ask for coffee, eggs, etc. to be replenished was routine, no matter if we went earlier or later. One morning the trash receptacles there were overflowing onto the floor, which was covered with debris. The last day of our stay we didn't even bother to go down - the watery eggs, kiddie yogurt, and packaged pastries just weren't worth the bother. The lobby and breakfast area are devoid of any decor and are reminiscent of a bad hospital ER, complete with bare gray walls and fluorescent lighting. Not one piece of art, plant, or flower to be seen. Whoever stocks the brochure rack didn't appear to think that guests might appreciate a Flagstaff map or guides to Flagstaff attractions.

This was a deeply disappointing stay and has severely tarnished any value I previously associated with the Wyndham name. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Don't stay here.

Floor dirty, found large black ants in room on check out morning on floor & bed. Probably came in at front door due to openings under & sides of door. No drain stop in sink or bathtub. No bar soap to wash hands. TV remote didn't hardly work at all. Definitely would not recommend this hotel & will never stay again

Die Lage und das nette Personal , Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse ok

Cons:

Das es nicht sauber war, das Zimmer wurde in der ganzen Zeit nicht gereinigt 😕 der Zustand des Zimmers ist nicht mehr auf dem normalen Zustand, alt , abgenutzt Renovierungen sind dringend erforderlich

Hot tub and hot breakfast, refreshing pool and epic disability shower!!
Pros:

Lots of breakfast choices! Hot, hot tub and cold pool were AMAZING!!!
At first I was sad my room was on the 2nd floor because I have mobility issues but they have wheely carts and an elevator and my room wasn’t too far from the elevator :) bath and shower combo were INCREDIBLE and the safety bench in the shower was the French kisss on the whole deal!

Cons:

Shower rod was loose/broken but that’s just a tiny maintenance issue :) loved it!!! Will pay the lil bit extra to stay here again and again when I pass thru! :)

Great place to stay!
Pros:

This was my first time staying at this property. I felt safe, the property was clean and the staff friendly. What I liked the most was the sheets smelled like bleach and were very white and the shower pressure was phenomenal! I also liked the pillows, the property offered a variety of softness and firm pillows which were not lumpy

Very underwhelming stay for a Wyndham property.
Cons:

The staff was non existent and was hard to track down. The power went out for 2 hours. Facilities had a musty smell. Breakfast area was small and difficult to use with the volume of guests. This is at best a budget facility and was not a good value.
