L’hôtel est propre, agréable et la chambre était confortable. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour s’est bien passé.

Cons:

Lors de ma réservation, j’avais choisi une chambre avec un grand lit double via l’application. À mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m’a indiqué que ce type de chambre n’était pas disponible. Après une longue discussion, il a finalement accepté de me donner la chambre que j’avais réservée. Juste après cet échange, il m’a informé que la chambre ne serait pas nettoyée pendant les trois jours de mon séjour. Aucun ménage n’a ensuite été effectué. Cette situation m’a laissé l’impression que le refus du service de nettoyage était lié à notre discussion, même si je ne peux pas l’affirmer avec certitude.

Voor het bezoeken van de highlights in Barcelona ligt het hotel heel strategisch.
Pros:

De locatie aan de Ramblas, the rooftop, het heerlijke bed, supermarkt tegenover het hotel, parkeergarage onder het hotel, airco, vlakbij taxi’s en hop on hop off bussen.

Cons:

De badkamer was gedateerd. Keuken had minimale voorzieningen en klein kookplaatje. Koelkast was ook aan vernieuwing toe.
