Enttäuscht über soviel Lieblosigkeit
Pros:

Die Größe des Badezimmers, Die Möbel auf dem Zimmer.
Der Außenbereich.

Cons:

Dreckige Teppiche (Extrem) Extrem schmutzige Wände auf dem Zimmer.
Beleuchtung defekt. Schließblech an der Zimmertür gebrochen wurde wohl mit Gewalt mal geöffnet. Danach ist hier eine nicht Fachgerechte Reparatur durchgeführt worden.
Ja wir wussten dass Arbeiten im Hotel stattfinden. Das rechtfertigt aber nicht den Zustand der Zimmer. Hier wurde vermutlich sehr gespart. Schade eigentlich den das Haus hat viel Potenzial.
Frühstück 13 € und als Gast darf man selber das Geschirr abräumen.
Die 5 € Parkgebühren hätte man aufgrund des Gesamten Zustand nicht bezahlen dürfen.

Abgesehen vom Verhaltens der „Receptionistin“ war das okay.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und Parkmöglichkeit ist gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und übersichtlich.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Reception beim check out war sehr unfreundlich und nicht willens zu helfen. Ich hatte sie gebeten mit dem Festnetz vom Hotel telefonieren zu können . Sie hat einfach in einem unfreundlichen Ton behauptet es sei nicht möglich. Ich habe auch gebeten falls möglich per Handy anzurufen da mein Mobiltelefon defekt sei. Da wollte sie aber auch nicht helfen. So eine Person hat in Hotellerie nichts zu suchen.

Clean room , we think once the rest of the work is complete it will definitely be a great place to stay for both busine
Pros:

The location and the fact it was quiet outside. Very clean. Air conditioner

Cons:

The fact the bar/lounge wasn’t open, the first morning there was no hot water. Luke warm at the most. But also no cold water out of the tap!!
I burnt my hand this morning. Had it on cold and a dribble came out. Turned it slightly and it was boiling. We asked for a couple of extra pillows as I have mobility problems and the one was too flat for me but was told it’s cleaning staff that would have to sort it as he didn’t know where they are! Had to find things in our car I could use.
The lift squeaked every time it went down. Very loud and disturbing. The extractor fan was very loud and
the light in the shower did not work.
We understand this hotel still has on going work.
However we would have liked a slightly quieter and smooth stay. At the least the water temperature to be ok.
