Fantástico hotel com pessoal, quartos e gastronomia de excelência, em zona sossegada. Obrigada!
Pros:

O pequeno-almoço e a comida no restaurante são excelentes, com um menú que inclui pratos internacionais e pratos típicos com muita qualidade (e eu sou nascida no centro de Coimbra). O pessoal não podia ter sido mais atencioso connosco. Parabéns e Obrigada por tudo! Estivemos aí dois fins de semana seguidos para acompanhar uma familiar hospitalizada muito perto, esperamos voltar em breve apenas para usufruir da belíssima cidade que é Coimbra.

Cons:

A apontar apenas uma situação alheia ao hotel e transitória. As obras à porta dificultam um pouco o acesso ao táxi, mas à data em que escrevo pode já não ser aplicável.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Very nice, big, cozy room. Staff is very nice and polite. Parking in hotel’s garage was 8 euros per day. Breakfast was very good and diverse.

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço foi muito bom, mas houve um ponto menos positivo: os sumos não eram naturais. Sobretudo o sumo de laranja, era bom se fosse natural em vez de sumo de pacote.

O hotel oferece um excelente custo-benefício. A localização é boa e a equipa foi um dos pontos altos da estadia: todos os funcionários foram muito prestativos, simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boa variedade e qualidade. O serviço é bom e atende muito bem à proposta do hotel, sendo uma ótima opção para quem procura conforto e praticidade a um preço justo.

O que não gostei:

Durante a nossa estadia, havia obras na rua em frente ao hotel, o que dificultava a circulação e o embarque e desembarque de táxis e veículos por aplicativo. Além disso, acredito que a qualidade das roupas de cama e das toalhas pode ser melhorada para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável. Como sugestão, seria muito conveniente que a recepção pudesse receber encomendas e entregas destinadas aos hóspedes, para posterior recolha ou encaminhamento aos quartos, tornando a experiência ainda mais prática.
