Slightly overpriced while out-dated a bit
L’emplacement bien sûr.
Le service était catastrophique. Que des apprentis manquant de formation aux commandes. Et la nourriture du restaurant de la piscine une catastrophe. Manque d’hygiène aussi à l’intérieur de la piscine et autour. Chambre poussiéreuse. Salle de bains poussiéreuse. Tout à revoir. 5 étoiles !!!
we spend 4 days at the hotel in a room that was supposed to be the only one left with Airco with Sea View for the price of 950 Euro a night:
We felt catapulted 40 years back in time ........the breakfast was served in the Garden in a Hitchcock setting. as soon as we left the table to go to the buffet seagulls invaded our table:we had a magician that cleaned our room who magically let the remote controle and the bathrobe disappear.
In the evening we wanted to enjoy a glass of Champagne in the Bar but even though there were 2 people working behind the Bar, nobody ever made an attempt to take our order;
When we checked out the bellboy forgot one of our bags in the room; while we were already two hours away from the hotel we got a call that WE forgot the bag in the room so they suggested to send it to us on our OWN expense.
A week later the bag is still not here .

No air conditioning so no sleep, the least there could be is a note when booking no air conditioning, so to pay 750/night for no sleep on not any value

Zimmer (wir hatten eines zur Landseite in der 2.Etage für über 800€/Nacht, Frühstück 40€ pro Person extra…) stark renovierungsbedürftig! Kleine Badewanne mit Handbrause, keine Dusche, keine Klimaanlage, nur Tischventilator auf Anfrage!! Toilette in einer kleinen „Kabine“ ohne Handwaschbecken. Am Pool alle Liegen mit Handtüchern „besetzt“. Alles in allem pure Abzocke!
