Pros:

Standard tipico di ibis budget con buona colazione e parcheggio privato al costo di 10 euro al giorno. La camera come il bagno era piccola ma in linea con quegli standard.

Staff could be more polite and understanding, receptionists made me and my family feel bad, like we did something wrong by asking for further details of managers in charge to sort out extra breakfast charge (card machine broke and we were charged twice for breakfast). Also, despite being charged twice, we would not be admitted to the breakfast area straight away, the lady in charge was treating us like we did not pay and wanted to get a free breakfast. Absolutely appauling. That's how we were made feel. I do not recommend this hotel for those reasons.
