前台办理入住等了很长时间，只有一位接待员，正在办理一个大家庭的入住。可能是看我们等久了，才进去里面的办公室叫了另一个接待员出来办理我们的入住手续。

Das Personal war stets freundlich und hat auch alle Fragen offen beantwortet. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab reichlich Auswahl! Ich finde es gut, dass nicht jeden Tag durch die Zimmer geputzt wird, weil man so einer Hilfsorganisation hilft!

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Frühstück nur begrenzt Plätze und man hat etwas auf einen Platz warten müssen. Die Unterkunft sieht auch etwas anders aus als auf den Fotos! Es gab nur bei einer Seite des Bettes direkt eine Steckdose, bei der anderen Seite war die Steckdose sehr weit weg. Man hört von den Nachbarn etwas, wenn dort lauter gesprochen wird!

Fijn hotel, op een goede uitvalsbasis om Wenen te bekijken
Pros:

Fijn hotel, vlakbij Het Westbahnhof en om de hoek van de langste winkelstraat van Wenen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor sightseeing Wenen. Je zit dichtbij het OV, maar wij hebben veel gelopen of een Uber genomen. De kamers waren prima. Wij hadden gevraagd om twee kamers vlakbij elkaar en kregen er twee tegenover elkaar aan het einde van een gang. Dat was erg prettig. Goed ontbijtbuffet, wel heel druk. En je kan tegen gereduceerd tarief bij het hotel parkeren.

Cons:

Niets. Het hotel voldeed aan de verwachtingen.
