Pros:

I allmänhet rent och trevligt.

Cons:

När de har systemet att det bara städas när gästen ber om det så förutsätter man att det städas ordentligt.
Tex byter glasen som är använda och fyller på med toapapper på toan så man slipper be om det när det tar slut.

Pros:

The location is excellent. Westbahnhof is right at the intersection just 3-4 mins walk and the tram station is right in front of the hotel. Also the shopping street Mariahilfer is 2-4 mins walk and there are great deals if someone wants to shop from Vienna

Cons:

Room facilities were mediocre. There was no coffee machine and no safe/locker in the room. It was important for me to have it. Also the AC was barely able to keep up with the heat wave.

It’s a very big hotel, so lot of people join morning breakfast. Probably difficult to keep the breakfast area clean due to large crowd. Hence the breakfast was very unappetizing.

Could have been better, could’ve been worse

Decent location. Fairly comfortable bed

Cons:

Arrived to find both rooms didn’t have working air conditioning. Both were broken

Got moved to two new rooms, they also had broken air conditioning

Finally got two more new rooms that did have working AC but one had a broken door lock

Only compensation offered for this few hours of wasted time was one drink token to use at the bar which we thought was pretty poor
