Pros:

Hotel położony w dobrej okolicy, świetnie skomunikowany -blisko do tramwaju i metra (stąd szybko można się dostać jednym tramwajem do Schoenbrunn, a także do centrum). Idealne miejsce na city break w Wiedniu. Bardzo smaczne śniadania, z dużym wyborem. Miły personel, czyste pokoje.

Номер відповідав ціна-якість. Було прохолодно в цю літню спеку.

Персонал. Недбалість , що зі сторони персоналу,що зі сторони російськомовної дівчини на рецепції . Ситуація була наступна. Ми вийшли з готелю в 9:00 ранку, щоб поснідати. А коли првернулися. Зрозуміли , що номер прибрали і захопили ящик нашого пива. Чоловік виясняв на рецепції, чому так поступили, адже ми ще не виселилися і не здали картки. Та сама російськомовна дівчина посміялася з нас, не вибачилася. Часто тут зупинялися, але це напевно буде останній раз. Добре дбайте за свої речі-првернетеся може не бути. Виселення тут в 12:00. То вже до 11:00 номер був прибраний😡

Wir überlegen, uns ein anderes Hotel zu suchen
Pros:

Wir sind Stammkunden weil uns die Lage gefällt. Personal ist freundlich, besonders Hr. Mirsad von der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir festgestellt, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert (bei 40 C Außentemperatur!). Man probierte sie nach 1 Std zu richten. Wir kamen dann um ca 23h vom Theater zurück- wieder KEINE Klima. Hr. Mirsad bemühte sich dann, ein Zimmer mit funktionierender Anlage zu finden, was anscheinend nicht einfach war . Um ca Mitternacht zogen wir dann um , ist eine Zumutung für unser Alter!!!! Außerdem war die Bar für Private reserviert und wir konnten nicht einmal ein Getränk zum Abschluss unseres Theaterbesuches ordernd- ist uns noch nie passiert . Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, Teppichböden fleckig. Am nächsten Tag wollten wir uns beim Manager beschweren, er ließ sich aber verleugnen und per mail kann ich ihn auch nicht erreichen

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Śniadanie urozmaicone i smaczne. Wygodna łóżka.
Jedynie klimatyzacja działała bardzo słabo, ale dostaliśmy wiatraki, więc ostatecznie było OK.

Pros:

A reggeli jó volt és bőséges. A személyzet szintén segítőkész volt. A kiszolgálással nem volt gond.

Cons:

Az ajtó nem zárt rendesen. A szoba kicsi véleményem szerint rossz a bútor elrendezés sok helyet vesz el indokolatlanul és egy minibárt sem tartalmaz hogy, az ember esetleg vizet tudjon hűteni benne ilyen melegben. A klíma meg szinte nem adott hideget és ez igazából nem is klíma hanem csak egy levegő hűtő. A szemetes hiánya elfogadhatatlan bármilyen osztályzatú szállodában.

It’s a 3 stars hotel you can’t expect more.

Cons:

Housekeeping services are provided only upon request. Even if you mention during check-in that you would like daily cleaning, you still need to contact the reception each time to arrange it.
A helpful tip: if you place your trash bag in the hallway, the housekeeping staff may service your room more quickly.
By coincidence, my family was assigned Room 710 again, the same room we stayed in last year. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit still does not work properly. There is no cooling at all, and only a very slight airflow can be felt when touching the unit’s grille. This was my second complaint about the issue, especially considering the outside temperature is around 40°C, but nothing changed.
Towels look old with wholes.
One more observation regarding the bar service: if you ask for a glass of ice (about 4–5 ice cubes), you are charged €2.

Pros:

El desayuno era muy bueno. Es una pena que no tengan bandejas y haya que ir varias veces a por las cosas.

Cons:

Nos pilló una ola de calor estratosférico. Y el aire acondicionado de la habitación era muy flojo. Hubo dificultades para entendernos con el inglés.
