The pillows were so flimsy no one in our group of 6 slept well.

I liked the updated room and how it was set up.
The hotel is undergoing renovations which did not hamper my stay but there was an extension cord plugged in by my room that I almost tripped over. It blended in with the rug. It probably should have had tape or something over it.

The first night we were there our toilet clogged up the second night the shower didn’t work the staff was rude and pay at property is a lie they charge you half before you get there and the rest when you get there and extra fees when you check out I will never stay here again

Had to cancel at the last minute and they charged the cancel fee. No issues there, but they didn't cut a receipt and now there is now way to get a hold of anyone. I've spent over 5 hours on the phone talking to various folks at Hilton and even they can't reach them.
