Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews note rooms were very clean, freshly renovated and comfortable; isolated reports of trash near bins and an isolated clogged toilet incident lowered a perfect score slightly.
Service
8.5
Staff repeatedly described as courteous, professional and helpful, with several mentions of friendly attention; a few reports of rudely handled issues and poor contactability reduce the rating modestly.
Location
8.5
Convenient location near restaurants and a grocery store and generally described as a good area for guests, supporting a strong rating.
Room Quality
8
Many guests enjoyed newly remodeled rooms and comfortable beds, though issues noted include flimsy pillows and isolated plumbing/shower problems.
Amenities
7.5
Basic amenities (shampoo/conditioner, soap, lotion, included breakfast) were appreciated; limited parking, construction-related hazards (extension cord) and trash complaints reduce the score.
Value for Money
6.5
Several guests flagged unexpected charges, pre-authorization/extra fees, cancellation charge and difficulty getting receipts, which noticeably drags down perceived value despite generally satisfactory stays.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast was commonly described as good or okay and noted as a positive inclusion; overall food/beverage impressions are favorable but not outstanding.
Overall Experience
8
Most guests reported enjoyable or outstanding stays, appreciating cleanliness and service; a few negative experiences (plumbing, charges, contactability) temper the overall score.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the shower and the water pressure. Having shampoo and conditioner, bath soap and lotion was very nice! When we got there and my name was on the TV was a nice little touch!

Pros:

The hotel is really nice. It was clean, the staff was courteous. The room was clean. The only issue I had was the hot water was hot, however it gets cold. After a few minutes it got back hot again. The breakfast was ok. It’s located near a few restaurants within walking distance a grocery store next door. Area seemed to ok. Overall I would stay there again.
