It’s very close to the theatre section that was the only upside of the property

Pros:

The location was perfect just around the corner from the British museum. The reception area was clean and the staff were very polite and friendly.
However, the rooms are very outdated, the furniture is falling apart and the carpet and walls was dirty. We booked a room with a shared bathroom however it’s a small room with just a toilet and a shower. The flooring in the bathroom was lino that was peeling and very water damaged. The shower just seem to be placed next to the toilet so everything got soaked when in use. There also is no window or fan in the bathroom so it was very damp and had signs of being mold infested.
There was a sink in the bedroom shower when turned on it’s very loud.
Book out was at 10am but we should in reception for 45 minutes waiting for any staff to come and book us out.
Overall, for £90 per night the rooms are very outdated and definitely in need of some tlc

Pros:

The receptionist Amad made me feel instantly at home and after a year since I last stayed at the Gresham, I sense a change in the comfort and professionalism of the property. Keep the staff the same please!

The location was central and the morning shift employee tried his best to assist me.

Cons:

Everything in terms of facilities. Dirtiness . Mold . Destroyed Furniture's walls ceiling...there was no way to enter the washroom without getting muccus . The room was horrible. The bed was dirty . And just for reference ill be adding a pic of the chair in the room. And anyone can guess /think what those stains are ....
