The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the hotel staff were helpful and generous. Breakfast was good too. Henry explained vacation packages patiently and with no pressure, and we ended up purchasing one! Highly recommend!

Henry with HGV was Awesome and Professional very Courtesy ,Positive and greeted you with a smile on his face and an attitude that could turn a cloudy day into pure Sunshine 🌞 He took his time to explain and answer all questions we asked. He didn’t make us feel rushed .

Our family had an amazing stay at Embassy Suites Brea for our family reunion. With so many relatives, we weren't sure how breakfast would work, but there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the complimentary breakfast together each morning. The food was excellent, and having breakfast included made the stay even better.

The pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit! We loved how family members could relax by the pool while others waved and talked from their balcony—it made the whole hotel feel connected and perfect for a reunion.

A special thank you to Henry with Hilton Grand Vacations for finding my dog's lost toy and returning it to us. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to our family.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brea in June while attending a wedding at the hotel. I was a little nervous when I arrived because I’d had disappointing experiences at other hotels in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the check-in process was and how enjoyable my entire stay turned out to be.

The location was beautiful and conveniently close to so many places. My room was spotless, comfortable, and felt just like home. The breakfast was outstanding and exceeded my expectations.

Our entire wedding party was incredibly impressed with the experience, and we’re especially grateful to Henry for helping organize our stay. He made the process easy from start to finish, and his excellent service truly contributed to making our visit so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Air was not working properly in room, toilet constantly making noise, and bathroom smelled of sewer

We recently hosted the Sri Hemkunt International Symposium at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Brea - North Orange County in July, and we could not have asked for a better venue or team to work with. We welcomed over 650 guests traveling from London, Kenya, and all across the USA, and the hotel handled our large group with utmost care and professionalism.

A special and heartfelt thank you to the Senior Sales Manager, Laura Garibaldi. Laura truly went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs from planning to execution. Her dedication, flexibility, and warmth made a massive difference in making our event a complete success.

The front desk and reception team were equally fantastic! Always welcoming, patient, and attentive to our guests. Special shoutout to Devon, Henry Hilton, Juan, and the two wonderful ladies at the front desk whose names we missed—everyone provided top-notch service throughout our stay.
We will definitely be hosting our future events here. Highly recommended!

Devin, at the front desk was the best. Very polite and had us checked in fast and he provided additional info about parking, elevators, etc.
the room was clean and the daily refresh of the snack basket was a hit with everyone.
