Very convenient location and a great place overall. The lobby is welcoming, clean, and well-maintained, and the entire environment feels comfortable, pleasant, and inviting. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all. I was not able to stay in the property because the front lobby was under construction that you could not even speak to the management. Broken floor everywhere and dust.

The hotel construction was a major inconvenience. It was hard to find the entrance and breakfast areas. The rooms were nice though.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ariel when I arrived. I did not know that I went through a third party to make my reservations. He along with myself canceled their reservations and I booked directly at the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although gents were coming at him from all directions, he never lost his composure. Kudos to Ariel. He also assisted me in printing a document that I needed from my laptop.

This location was good for why we needed to stay in Jax. The beds were comfortable and the room & hallway were quiet which was good because we were there to recover & relax. The staff was also very nice. I was a little disappointed when advised at check in that there would be no hot breakfast served due to the construction that we were also unaware of. I think the price per night was a little high and could have been a little lower considering that breakfast was impacted. Also the workers were smoking weed right in the only exit so when we left we got a cloud of that in our face. I guess it's OK if you are into that but it's really not our thing. Finally I got our invoice and we were charged higher than what was quoted on the Hilton website when we booked so that seems kind of shady.

Meet at the front desk by Kim, who was supper great at her job- very friendly and had a great smile as she welcomed us. The room was clean and very spacious. I would recommend this place to everyone who needed a room in Jacksonville, FL.

Overall a very good experience. It's a fine Hotel with modern accommodations, a modest breakfast offering and a super convenient location. Where it really shines is the staff, Kim at the front desk has been there several years and is the warmest, most accommodating host you could ask for. The gentleman on evening shift is equally friendly and outgoing. Great people.

One negative... the outdoor area in front has a nice firepit and comfortable outdoor furniture. Of course occasionally smokers will be out there but that's generally fine. However, on this last visit several guests were out there shirtless, having a beer and smoking pot. Sorry, what you do in privacy is your business, in public it becomes mine. The smell is obnoxious and lingers for hours embedding in the furniture. Marijuana is illegal in Florida. I brought it to the attention of the front desk who acknowledged it's illegal but they try to accommodate guests. It's not OK for me and I object vehemently. Perhaps some obvious signage would be helpful.

Other that that episode, I recommend the Home 2 Suites 100%

What an amazing place to stay at away from home. My stay at the home2 Suites exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Every aspect of the visit contributed to a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. It also offered quick access to major highways and public transportation. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and elegant. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the overall environment was peaceful and inviting, creating a relaxing experience from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, modern, and tastefully furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room included thoughtful amenities such as a coffee maker, mini refrigerator, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging outlets. The hotel offered excellent value for the price. The quality of the accommodations, outstanding customer service, and included amenities made the stay well worth the cost. The entire property was spotless. My room was immaculate, with fresh linens, sanitized surfaces, and a sparkling clean bathroom. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. Despite being in a convenient location, there was very little outside noise, allowing for restful sleep each night. The staff provided exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, making the entire experience seamless. The hotel featured a variety of excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, refreshing swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, business center, free parking, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. These features added convenience and enhanced the overall guest experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues. The GM Amanda and front desk supervisor Ms. Kimberly I hope I have their names correct. Made it personal of knowing me by name and greeting me by my name each time they saw me. The outstanding location, comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and attention to detail made for an exceptional hotel experience that I look forward to enjoying again.

Definitely a newer property. The rooms were in excellent condition and everything in the room worked as it should. The breakfast staff did a great job keeping everything stocked and the choices were very good. Interacting with the front desk staff was also a very pleasant experience. There is plenty of great local dining just minutes away by car.

Everything was very clean. The room was very nice. One unusual thing was that the first night we were there we had a blanket on the bed but the other 2 nights the blanket was gone and replaced with something that looked like a mattress cover. Very strange. Also, the signs regarding room cleaning need to be removed. Our room was straighten up every day. We didn't leave a tip the second day because we didn't think it was getting serviced that day.
We did thoroughly enjoy Kim at the front desk. She was very helpful and personable. She has a great sense of humor and made our stay a lot of fun. Even after working very long shifts her pleasant mood remained. She deserves a raise.

The customer service was excellent. Each staff member I met was extremely helpful. I initially checked into room 318 but encountered a problem with the AC. When I returned to the room after being away for several hours, everything was almost drenched in water. A maintenance person came up but because everything was really damp I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. The front desk person was very accommodating. The hotel itself was very nice and well maintained. I was able to rest and sleep well at Homes2Suites.
