Plutôt bien
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage de Copacabana.
Hôtel très bien situé, avec un super rooftop.
Très grand lit, confortable.
Personnel sympathique.
Petit déjeuner bon.

Cons:

Insonorisation complètement inexistante pour les chambres qui donnent sur la plage. Il y a une simple vitre coulissante, boules quies obligatoires pour dormir.
Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et mériteraient un rafraîchissement. J’ai cru comprendre que des travaux étaient en cours dans l’hôtel.
Le coffre-fort est tombé en panne alors que nos passeports étaient à l’intérieur : heureusement, le personnel a pu intervenir.
L’évier de la salle de bain était bouché et la porte ne fermait pas.
Prévoir du temps pour le checkout.

Dissapointing
Pros:

The Hotel is well positioned for basing yourself to experience Rio however a noise incident resulted in us having to cancel two nights of our stay and seek a quieter location via Air BnB

Cons:

I had booked 2 rooms for our family for 4 nights. Unfortunately a DJ set himself up on Avenue Atlantica and started playing loud music from 9:00pm thru to 4:00am which was clearly audible in our 16th floor room. We persevered for two nights without being able to get a good night's sleep, which forced us to cancel the last two nights and seek alternative accommodation. The Rio Othon however was accommodating and refunded two nights quickly and efficently.

Pros:

We enjoyed the view of Copacabana beach from the 30th floor. Staff was also super accommodating and ready to make our stay very pleasant. I must commend SueEllen for serving with excellence. Our flight was at 10PM and she made provision for us to freshen up in the evening before heading out to the airport. She serves with a cheerful smile and great attitude. We enjoyed our time in this beautiful city.

Cons:

Just a suggestion to do some touch ups to modernize the hotel. Great location

Pros:

Breakfast is great, staff very helpful and the view from the room super nice.

Cons:

The balcony door is a joke. You feel like you sleep on the beach, you hear absolutely everything, music, traffic, waves. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The hotel looks old and not refurbished.
