Rien
Gostei de tudo mas em especial a qualidade da cama , colchão , travesseiros e do excelente isolamento acústico .
Nada a reclamar , a acomodação é impecável .
Stayed at the hotel recently, the rooms were very nice, everything was very clean and tidy. The place is nicely decorated and in good condition, breakfast was quite nice, and the location was quite good too - within walking distance or metro distance to most tourist attractions.
Service was good too, very polite and professional. Overall i'd recommend this place.
The hotel was extraordinary beautiful! The staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating.
This is the best hotel experience I’ve had. The hotel is beautiful, the area of Rome is stunning, and the staff are warm, attentive, accommodating and kind. I wound up eating at the restaurant each morning and evening because the food was great and the service was even better! I hope to return to this wonderful hotel. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so great!
We recently stayed at the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace and had a mixed experience.
The room itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after long days in Rome.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the accommodations. At check-in, we were told our room would be ready in just a few minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour. The bar service was inconsistent, with long stretches where there was no bartender available. We also requested an ice bucket that was never delivered.
Most disappointing was our interaction with the concierge. We asked for help securing a dinner reservation and were told she would check and call us right back, but we never received any follow-up.
Overall, while the physical property is nice, the service fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience, especially with the receptionist, Christina. She treated me very badly, which is unbecoming of a hotel of this name. There was absolutely no flexibility. I was charged €200 for late check-out until 4 PM, which is equivalent to half a night's rate, and when I was 10 minutes late, she asked for an additional €100. They ask for a fee for every little thing you request from the hotel. I have never experienced worse treatment from any hotel I have ever stayed at.
Beautiful hotel with a great location in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing. From the doormen to the concierge, everyone was professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the stay. I liked my room a lot, modern and comfortable. The design mixes kind of dark tones with white walls and warm wood floors. The atmosphere felt contemporary but not cold at all. Breakfast was very decent as well, with a well-curated buffet featuring quality products and a nice Italian touch, plus an à la carte option. Great service here as well! The gym is medium sized but covers the essentials. The spa offers treatments only, with no sauna or steam room, so worth knowing in advance. For a short weekend trip that didn’t bother me. The architecture of the hotel is stunning and the atmosphere feels like a proper Roman grand hotel, which I really enjoyed. Overall, great experience! Bravo to the whole Interconti team!
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nts recently to celebrate my 70th birthday. Efficient and friendly check in. However when we arrived in our room t it had been confirgured into two single beds, despite booking a king room. I spoke to reception and was informed that it was a miscommunication on there part and apologised. Advised me that they could allocate me an already made up king room which were smaller rooms, or housekeeping would reconfigure our current room. I accepted the latter. These things happen, so no big deal. Room was spacious and clean, which overlooked some sort of internal courtyard with views of other parts of the hotels rooms. On the 3rd day when returning to our room our full bottles of complimentary water had been removed but not replaced. Spoke to reception, confirming that it was indeed complimentary and they sent some up! Then there was no bed turndown in the room on our 4th and 5th nights. There weren't any face flannels left in the room for 2 nights, despite the dirty ones being taken. Asked the room service person when they brought the water to the room if we could have some flannels, but was told no and to ring reception! Our dirty coffee cups were left in the room for 2 days (used the larger cups on first day and smaller expresso cups on 2nd day). This was despite the room being serviced whilst we had been out on both occassions!
Breakfast - Organised chaos on the first morning. They were busy, but they also had a lot of servers. Regularly chased up ordered hot drinks. Wrong drinks brought to our table a number of times. At 9.00 am asked for orange juice and was told they had run out! Similar chaos on 2nd morning despite us eating at a later time to avoid the busy period. The issue with the coffee/hot drinks was consistent during our stay. Perhaps a system where guests could get their own coffee? Very good choice of both buffet and hot food off the menu. Staff courteous and friendly.
We found the hotel to be very clean and the majority of the staff friendly.
The issues by themselves are not worth stressing about, but add them all up then these are issues that we should not have experienced especially when the hotel promotes itself as 5 star.
Fantastic sightseeing and eating in Rome, which was our first visit, but the hotel let us down and was disappointing.
We stayed here for 5 nights. We arrived at lunch time and was expecting to put our cases aside because the room wouldn’t be available until 3pm but when we checked in was told the room was ready which was a nice surprise and really helped with getting freshened up before going out to explore.
The breakfast was nice you can either get food from the buffet or order from the menu, as a vegetarian this helped a lot as usually breakfast buffets aren’t great for veggies.
We had a city view room and it was really noisy so if you are a light sleeper it isn’t great. The bed wasn’t great either, I hated the pillows they were flat and uncomfortable and the mattress felt like it has some sort of plastic underneath the cover. For a 5 star hotel I expected better beds and pillows and that’s why I marked it down from 5 to 4 stars.
