I was given a room with an internal door to the room next to me... No locks on the door, however the other guests could not open my door from their side, it gave me a somewhat unsafe feeling. Also a lot of noise came through the internal door.

Würde ich nie mehr wieder besuchen.

Eine Rezeptionistin war sehr nett.

Cons:

Hotel war sehr ausserhalb es gab keine Restaurants , der Koch des Hotels verweigerte uns etwas zum Essen zu servieren weil sich eine Reisegruppe angemeldet habe . Dies an zwei Abenden trotz Anmeldung am Morgen.

Brauchbare Unterkunft, gute Lage, super Frühstück, netter Service
Cons:

Ich hatte das Hotel gebucht in der Erwartung, dass isch dort auch zu Abend essen kann. Jedoch war an diesem Abend das gesamte Restaurant für eine Reisegruppe ausgebucht.

Mangelnde Hygiene und Unruhe im Restaurant – Hunde direkt am Buffet

Die Auswahl zum Frühstück ist sehr gut.
Zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt damit, hundefreundlich zu sein, was grundsätzlich schön ist. Allerdings wird hier die Grenze des Zumutbaren und Hygienischen im Restaurant komplett überschritten.

Beim Frühstück saßen Hunde auf den Schoßen der Besitzer, auf den Sitzbänken oder sogar direkt auf dem Tisch. Es wurde beobachtet, wie Tiere direkt vom Tisch gefüttert wurden. Besonders unhygienisch: Einige Gäste gingen mit dem Hund auf dem Arm direkt zum Buffet. Besitzer streichelten ihre Tiere, fütterten sie und fassten im Anschluss ohne Händewaschen das Vorlegebesteck an. Zudem war es durch das Kläffen mehrerer Hunde extrem unruhig.

Das Management greift hier leider überhaupt nicht ein. Für Gäste, die Wert auf Ruhe und grundlegende Hygiene beim Essen legen, ist dieser Zustand absolut inakzeptabel. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.
