More than happy to repeat next time we visit.
Pros:

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who spoke good English. The hotel sits two miles from Colmar centre and there is a bus stop approximately 400 meters away with buses running every 10 minutes during the day and returning as late as 10.30pm a 15 minute trip for only 2 euro. There is an amazing Boulangerie/Patisserie opposite selling all the products we are not normally allowed to enjoy! . The hotel and Colmar are perfect for a two/three night stay or longer if visiting the many attractions of the Alsace region.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike worth mentioning.

A éviter. Petit déjeuner inexistant suite au soit disant passage d un car de 40 personnes. Vu les commentaires ça arrive souvent, la bonne excuse pour se faire de l'argent sur le dos des gens. Nous n'avons pas pu nous faire rembourser de ce petit dej car j avais payé avant...
D'autre part dans ma chambre la clim faisait un bruit de casserole au bout de 15mn, j aii été obligé de l arrêter.
Très déçu pour un hôtel à 100 € la nuit.

Nur mit Abstrichen zu empfehlen

Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich
Personal war grösstenteils freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das Geschirr und Besteck, welches zum Frühstück bereitgestellt wurde, war nicht sauber (Speisereste; Vermutlich wurde es nach dem Spülvorgang nicht kontrolliert) Tische im Außenbereich wurden nicht gereinigt. ( Volle Aschenbecher und nach Tagen noch Reste vom Frühstück) Die Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch merkt man, dass nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt wird.
Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist die Rezeptionistin Mar** Extrem unfreundlich und Arrogant!
Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum in einem internationalen Hotel Personal an der Rezeption eingesetzt wird, das nur französisch spricht und dem man an der Mimik schon ansieht, das sie auch nicht wirklich Kundenservice orientiert arbeiten möchte oder kann.
