La chambre et la sdb dans l ensemble étaient correctes

Nous avons pas apprécié l odeur de la chambre qui dégager une odeur de moisissure quand on est arrivé
L odeur s est atténué en aerant tous les jours et en vaporisant de l eau de toilette

Nous avons tiré le fauteuil pour chercher d où venait l odeur de moisissure et nous sommes aperçus qu il avait des toiles araignées et de la poussière que nous avons enlevé avec une feuille de sopalin

Non mi è piaciuto nulla , eravamo in viaggio ed abbiamo prenotato presso ibis spostandoci di 40 km perché avevamo letto nel sito che le camere avevano la temperatura controllata.Dopo circa 1 ora ci siamo resi conto che nella camera non si poteva stare e ci siamo rivolti alla reception. La ragazza ha subito capito la situazione,ma ci ha riferito che per l’annullamento ed il rimborso della camera dovevamo rivolgerci a Booking. Facciamo tutto sul posto , a loro arriva la mail per l’ultima conferma e ci dicono che l’avrebbero successivamente letta ed approvata .
Alla fine ci hanno fatto pagare tutto anche la colazione. Erano giorni caldissimi , ci voleva solo un po’ di comprensione e soprattutto saper fare il proprio lavoro cercando non solo di guadagnare, ma di essere ospitali . Noi alle 18 di sera siamo andati alla ricerca di altro posto per poter dormire. Non abbiamo usufruito della camera e nemmeno della colazione .
N.B. La ragazza della reception molto gentile e comprensiva, la gestione dell’hotel da incompetenti

In delle giornate con allerta meteo in tutta la Francia per il caldo eccezionale e’ l’unico hotel che ha dimostrato poca comprensione e poca accoglienza
